Cold soars arnt always from (i dont know how to put this) but sort of physical things. I used to get them alot because I would become excited or nervous about things and they would spring up. I learned to control my nerves and I no longer get them. IDK if this is the same thing you have or not.

I am 17 year aged girl and i am fed up from my life.so here i am telling you my story,now i am in high school and two years back i was the topper of my class,was a very bright student and and i wasn't having any bf becoz i was very happy in my life.but now i couldn't even concentrate on studies because 1 year ago a very sweet boy proposed me.i could have easily said no just like other boys but i accepted the proposal,and i fallen in a true love with him and as a gift i gave my virginity to him,and after 1 year of a healthy relationship he broke up with me.and now i a6 like very much depressed.i dont know what to do,i am having my final exams from march and i dont know anything about my topics.sometimes i do day dreaming,thinking of him,i have talked to him many times but he always have said no.now i am regreting about all the things i have done in my life.i am feeling sorry for my parents. Who cares about school. You dont need an education to be successful. You could be ANYTHING you want. I mean yea school is important but its not worth taking your own life. Please please reconcider!!!

Im 14 last year I started my period. But before i started it I had the same exact thing happen to me. I didnt know what it was and i was affraid something was wrong with me. It will keep comming out for about 4-8 days so i would suggest wearing a pad. You should get your period in a few months.
