There's this guy, and he said he was going to ask me to the dinner dance(like prom for 8th graders), but he thought I was too good for him, and I told him that I really wasn't, and that I would love to go with him, and then said that if he didn't want to it was fine, and now I'm confused. Did I say something wrong? and was he just saying that because he knew I wanted to be asked?

hes probally just feeling sorry for himself.. u didnt say anything rong i agree with what u said... try calling him and c if that help or just try talking to him and try settling out yer differences..

i really like this guy... and i think he likes me to. the problem is we never c each other at school. he sugests that we talk on the fone, but im too shy to do that. i want something to happen between us, but how do i get over that shyness?
well.. you should deffenitly try and call him.. i think it would help you get over yer feer.. it happened to me and now im not afraid..
