Tell them that whatever they say you are going to get one (just to see what that they say and wwhat kind of consequences you face if you get one without asking them, becuase you can always get someone to go with you). Ask them to tell you what is "oh so bad" about getting you belly button pierced. If you have your Ears pierced, tell them its the exact same thing but its on your stomach. Just to warn you before you get it my cousin had one when she was a teenager and when she beame pregnat, it became badly infected and she had to get it removed.

In the movie, October Sky, a couple of boys are stuck in Colewood and they try to get out in the outside world. The boys form together to try to build a successful rocket but they realize it’s not all that easy and they need help from others. October Sky is based on a true story that Homer Hickman wrote.
Obstacles that the Rocket Boys had to go through were forming the group. Homer didn’t mind having his reputation change by hanging out with the science geek, Quentin. His two friends Roy Lee and O’Dell were hesitant to be seen around him at first. Also, getting the materials wasn’t all that simple, there weren’t many science books in their library and finding the right metals for their rocket took time too.
The mine in Homer’s town represents many things in the movie. One stands for failure for Homer as he wants a life without going under ground. When his father gets injured in an accident, Homer realizes he has to take a job in the mine instead of his brother because he’s going off to college. The rocket dream was nothing but a dream that was slowly fading at that point.

He became fascinated with its movement and speed while others probably thought of it as a moving dot in the dark. me and my boyfriend are trying to get pregnant. he problem is, he did drugs like marijuana, ecstacy, cocaine, and even crystal meth once. that and he smokes cigarettes (as do i). im pretty sure this has a lot to do with why its so difficult for him to get me pregnant, but does anyone know what the odds are that he's going to get me pregnant? and is there anything we can do to make it more likely? also, when is the most fertile time for a girl to get pregnant? F/15 I think I am suffering from depression, Im not talking about "I not myself today" kind of sad, but I have felt like this for a long time. I feel abbandoned and angry at myself for being a failure. I feel like everyone who I was ever close to has left me and I have no one to talk to. All of my close friends are gone and I only have a few friends that i really dont know that well. I having a hard time dealing with the deaths of several classmates and I have been thinking about death alot lately, I want to see a therapist or a doctor, but I am terriffied to talk to my parents...they see me as perfect because I am the oldest and they have such high expectations for me. How can I talk to my parents about recieving treatment?

Dear Scared and Alone,
If you have a counsler at school, they can get you people and I know at my school we have a confidental thing, they cant tell your parents unless you're endangering yourslef or others. If you don't want to speak to them, ask them for other places, like Group, that is low cost or for free. My friend went to group and it helped her a lot.
