Try straight out talking with your boyfriend. It sounds to me from your question that you don't know for sure the reason for the break up. Find out! That's the first step to solving this. Then, you gotta explain to him how you feel about him. I know that this may be the hardest thing to do, trust me, i've been there, but it's also probably the best. Just don't keep your feelings a secret. They sound pretty strong to me. Remember, when you want to tell him, someday he might not be there and you may never get the chance. Talk to him while you can. Well, it sounds to me that you are feeling not only hurt by your ex-boyfriend, but also betrayed by your best friend. First of all, have you talked with your best friend yet about how her new relationship makes you feel? Try that. Most often, talking out your problems with another person involved helps you both to sort out the conflict.
