I feel really bad because my boyfriend is planning to buy me something I've wanted for a long time and it's rather expensive.
Since I can't get a job, I don't have enough money to get him something really nice. I do art commissions and all I have is $20 but right now.. He has it so I don't spend it on anything.
I've been working on a drawing for over a month. But I want to make something else that tells him how much he means to me. What kind of handmade things would you want to receive? Any ideas?
I know he'll love whatever I make but I want to make him something really amazing.

if he has amazing interests like those, why not make him something special for example;
if he likes photography why not make him a personal picture book or calendar with pictures of personal things like you&him or a combination of photos showing yours and his artwork.
can you sculpt? if so why not make a sculpture of him or something he cherishes.
you could always paint or draw somthing onto a canvas for him to put somwhere.
if all else fails write him a song or something expressing how you truly feel about him and how important he is in your life.

Its entirely possible that this could be both coincidence or fate. Some people believe in past life connections with another that they meet, even if they have never met them before. Do you feel as if you've known them before? if so, this could be the case.
It also depends on what kind of similarities you both share, if it's simple things like fave flavour of ice cream or something, then thats just personal taste, however if things extend any deeper than that and you feel a connection it could be fate bringing you both together. This might be a case of over exaggerating so don't let it bother you. Having things in common should not be feared but welcomed! atleat you'll have someone in life who share the same interests and opinions as you. Think of it as a way of extending friendship. Destiny or not.

Alright well to start things off i have no cable. i've been watching cool anime shows on the internet and they are quite awesome i was wondering if anyone knew more like Naruto,Bleach, and Inuyasha? i only watch the english dubs and im at the point where they now come only once a week. i need more anime shows to kill time while i wait for the english versions of my other favs. =P (link)

There are plenty of anime shows out there, you just need to know where to find them. Here's a list of some of the shows i know so perhaps you will find something here to appeal to you, they are not all like naruto but you may find that any of these others may appeal to you. but i can't promise you theyre all in english. ^^;

i like this guy a lot. we talk almost every night on facebook and we talk a little in school. i flirt with him but im not exactly sure how to tell if a guy is interested or is flirting back. also my friend that sits in front of him in my class always turns around and flirts with him a lot. i dont want to tell her that i like him becuase im pretty sure that she likes him to and if she likes him as much as me then it wouldnt be fair to ask her to stop. i dont mind them talking but i never get jealous intill now. how can i tell if hes interested? also im really shy so i cant ask him who he likes or anything. i dont have that kind of confidence.

why not try at first to see if your friend likes him aswell. She may just be being friendly towards him so try asking her first.
Try to build up a little confidence. If your shy then thats sweet, but perhaps if your friend is alittle outgoing and this guy responds to that you could try to be too. Speak to him more at school and learn of his interests, you may find that you share some of them, if so attempt to become friendly with him more in person instead of on facebook. perhaps spending some time together will open up more doors for you and then maybe he will tell you who he likes. Bear in mind he may not be interested in anyone at the moment, but if he's wary of answering this question it may be that it's you he likes.
Most guys i know who have crushes tend to smile more or act EVER so slightly different when their crush is around. for example the smile more, try to impress them , become more talkative and their eyes brighten. Flirting can be sincere or a bit of fun and laughter. So express how you feel to him when you feel ready or things may never progress beynod friendship.

well i do know some, but it would depend on the types of story written.
Deviantart.com has a literature section for writing submissions even though it's an art site.There is also a friends list and artist watch options, messaging system so that provides you with a network to artists and writers too.
Quizilla.com has a story section also with a messaging system. But most quizilla users mainly focus on making quizzes, However there is a LOT of stories on quizilla so you could try there.
There is also Fanfiction.net but i don't know much about it since i have only visited once or twice, but i is a site used mainly for literature.

I get really nervous when I have to do a presentation in the front of the class (like many other students). I'm in college now and my dread about oral presentations is still fullforce. I will practice forever, but when I get up there, I never say what I want to and end up looking stupid. I have a presentation coming up and we can have flashcards with us, but what can I do to keep myself calm? Sometimes I get so nervous I sweat and feel like I'm going to pass out. What are some tips people use? Any advice would be appreciated, especially if you have this problem too! (link)

This may sound odd but have you ever tried meditation? When your about to get up on stage you feel the pressure build and build, right? You feel as if you WILL mess up or throw up. I sometimes have this too.
What i learned to do from one of my teachers was to close your eyes and breathe in deeply. Imagine that the nervous feeling is like the colour red rising through you. then, imagine pushing it down with a blue light and feling a weight lift off your shoulders. Keep breathing deeply, open your eyes and SMILE!
It also helps to practice in stages, first by yourself, then infront of another, then a small group, larger group, then that should help to prepare you for class persentation.
Lastly, don't focus on your classmate'seyes, this is offputting, look at their forheads instead, this helps to focus you yet they still feel as if you are looking at them.
Sit down and take a long drink after, you'll feel abit better.
