What's a good way to keep my breath while running?
I'm super fast at short distance but when it comes to long distance, well that's a different story. I just can't keep my breath for very long and I get really tired. I just wanna be able to keep a steady jog for about a mile or two.
So are there any runners on this site that know some good techniques? (link)

When you run long distance, its best to breath through your nose and out of your mouth. it helps the oxygen circulate better.
