my dad is a basketball coach for a high school team. he is also my basketball coach. im 13/F. anyways, he is always forcing me into sports. i think i found a sport that i really love, but he wants me 2 be involved in atleast 2 at a time. thats not fair bcuz i want to practice volleyball and improve in it instead of basketball. ive tried to get out of it. even my mom is tryin to get my out of basketball but he just wont let me out. what do i do?

Try convincing him you shuld practice one sport at a time so yu dunt get mixed up n run out of energy!!.. Sit him down and tell him how you fell. Most parents will let there kids out easily if they feel how hurt or upset they r with sumthin!

Ok theres a guy in school who I like, His name is Jake. Hes a grade younger than me. Well Jake rides my bus, everyone thinks he likes me, and I get hugs and he tells me he loves me. But when hes around his friends (most are mine as well) he doesn't act the same. And there are some days where he doesn't even talk to me in the hall. My question is : is it possible that sometimes he is in a bad mood, or are most guys like this? or does he just not like me.

its part of a natural thing..almost every girl ahs a hairy upper lip dont let this guy birng you down.. Just leave it and let it be..if its dark then try waxing..but as soon as you start waxing youll have to wax more then once.. waxing usualyl lasts longer then shaving..

Lately I've been feeling so depressed. My life just seems like its going downhill. Its not my grades really. Its just about everything else. Theres a lot of drama going on between my group of friends, and everyone is splitting up (we all still hang out in one place, theres just these little cliques). I've liked this guy for a really long time, and I used to think he liked me, but now he's not showing anything anymore, and that has a lot to do with it. My parents are ALWAYS around. I'm an only child and its not like they're overprotective...I just spend a lot of time at home, and my dad's always bugging me (he didn't go to work in the last few days)... he's loud and obnoxious. I spend a lot of time with my parents and I'm so different from them. They're pigs, and I'm so neat and everything has to be proper, etc. I just feel like I have nobody and nothing to look foreward to in my life anymore. Next year I'm going to be a senior and I've been thinking about my childhood and how its all going to be over soon. I haven't really lived the teenage life...going out with friends every weekend, staying up late talking about my crush or with my crush, sneaking out, having my friends hang out at my house (in my entire life, I've only had friends over 8 times, and only 3 of those times were to hang out...the other times it was for projects). The reason for that is mostly my parents... when we have someone come over, the house has to be cleaned, and never is... my parents have to put on an act, because my dads a regular couch potatoe and my mom is always dancing and doing something stupid (yea, it sounds funny but seriously its so annoying). I never just, go to the mall to hang out with my friends. Theres a lot I've missed out on... having a boyfriend for a week and then breaking up and not having it mean anything. I don't mean stuff like getting in trouble, or doing anything that will damage my body (I've never smoked/drank or anything and I don't regret it)...just the normal teenage stuff. And I regret that. Soon it will be all over and I can't do anything about it. I don't know what to do. Everything makes me so depressed... (link)

Wow! Im am going through your same exact postition.. What I do that helps me alot is call up one friend not a whole bunch (mostly the one i trsut the most) and ask them to go 4 a walk with me..just to get out of the house and i talk to them about it.. Walks also calm you down alot.. the guy I like onlii shows intrest in me not aurounf his gf..and wen hes drunk.. Which realli hurts wen hes sober..so i just try and avoid him as much as I can.. maybe try talkin to your crush on how you fell..my dad is also always home and gets me pissed..but I always just try and calm down and talk it over with him.. just try n make the most of the rest of your teenage years.. try n make more friends by being outgoing and funny! Maybe then you`ll have stuff to do to get out of the house..I normally dont have friends over my house either.. jsut goto there hosue or meet up sumwhere n goto a park or the mall!!

Its just a normal part of your teenage years!.. Usually when your auround getting your period you get realli emotinol and cry alot and get moody.. Sleeping alot is just showing that your body is growing and devoloping.. Sometimes.. Crying over little things might mean depression..If your not close to getting your period check out the signs of depression and mayb thats wuts wrong... Usually the odds are tho its part of being a teenager.. Just when you feel like goin all nuts try writing poetry to express our feeling or talk it out to a friend or maybe you can jsut sit in a warm bubble bath and relax!

Wow..I can almost completly realte.. The guy i currently like.. I have tried so hard to stop liking him.. He suposidly likes me back but he has a gf and hes 19..4 years older then me.. so i no nuthn will happen till im about 18 or his gf is gone.. I just try to talk to him as friends.. its usually better to b friends bc he'll probably end up telling you stuff he would if yu were dating.. If he dont want to b yur friend.. Then just try your hardest to mvoe on..Check out other guys n then maybe you`ll move on from him onto another guy :DD

Ok hi my name is ashlee and im 13 years old. Anyways I really would like to wear makeup and stuff like that but i have a little acne. Its going away now because I just started using my acne medication right. Bad on my part I know. Wouldnt it look bad if there was like little bumps in the makeup though? What is the best foundation or powder that wont cause you to break out? Also, I've noticed alot of people having Coach bags and Gucci bags and dont they cost alot of money? I just put on my face medication and then my make-up..Usually there is face cover-ups that say No Oil at the top.. and if you have the store DEB by your house they sell realli cheap pourses that look like Gucci and Coach bags.. or maybe even some stores in your local mall.. Alot of stores in the mall by me have cheap purses like that.. So just try lookn in your local Mall

my mom and dad both smoke (just ciggarettes) and they both go out in the backyard to smoke but my dad lights in it the house n goes in the back bathroom...(ther bathroom)....and they ALWAYS smell like smoke...my mom even has a ashtray thing for her car and she smokes there too...our car smells so nasty sometimes...and when she comes in my face or watever to talk to me she smells nd she gets mad when i back away and say ew did u jsut smoke? theyve both tryed to quit my mom even has a nicorette tape in her car but they never follow through on it! theyeve tryed everything and my mom quit when she was pregnant with me but she started back up again...ontop of that i hav asthma and reallie bad allergies and smelling smoke makes me sneeze like all day....wat can i do? they wont quit! ive tryed everything....and wer learning bout tobacco in health class right now and its really scaring me bc i kno how dangerous it really is now...=\ (link)

Wow..You sound exactly like me!..I have asthma and bad allegies and Im leanring about tobacco in health too..My mom smokes too.. It gets me realli scared also.. Try talking to her about it and how much it worries you.. Just open up to her.. Have them both sit down with you and just tell them how you feel.. Maybe if they see deep down theyre realli hurting you an scaring you theyll try realli hard to quit it is possoble to quit.. If you really want too..

Im in your same postiton..the guy I like alot is taken too..The most you can do in that psoition is probably..Just try and b friends.. and see if he likes you bak! If he likes you back then if he breaks up with his g.f hell go with you. Or he might just like being friends!
