So I need 2 lose like ten pounds. But, I'm having a problem. I am a proffessional cyclist and training to become a certified spinning instructor and personal trainer. My boyfriend is in the marines and is coming back in about 3 weeks. I gained twenty pounds taking medication a few months ago. I've lost about ten or eleven pounds already. But I got to lose these 10.... At least some of it before my bf gets back. And before I go to the test of getting certified. I have to look the part. I'm only 19 so I've worked extremely hard to be where I am health wise. The problem is that my family is not as intohealth as I am. They are proud, but don't understand how I do it. I slacked a little with those meds... I need to lose 10-12 lbs.! But since I don't have a buddy to workout with or diet, its hard when I go home and see rice and beans after working out for three hours and then my food which is like lettuce lol. I'm exaggerating but you get the idea. I just need some motivation, if I really devote myself, I can do it. I just need the support. Can anyone offer me any advice?? (link)

go anorexic. thats what i did too. i was 120 pounds but i lost 60 pounds. I am now an a-ma- ZING! 60 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!! follow my advice. you could also go belemic for all i care. its a lot faster and not much safer but. . . . . . . you shouldnt go to counselling. those fat 110 pound people kpt telling me that i needed help but I DONT NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!! i am much skinnier than most people. ppl are so stupid. they think that i need help. they need help. look at their love handles. 110 POUNDS!!!! so fat!!!!! just remember, you look beautiful the way you are. just gotta lose those last 10 pounds. wait . . . only if you weigh like 70 pounds. Hi my name is yousif and i need some advise.Ok here's the thing..i like one of my cousins who is also a twin..they are almost identical but i can know which is who and naturally i like one more than the other..this is probably my biggest crush so far(i hope you dont think its weird to like your cousin)..the problem is i donno if she likes me back..i see her once a week in my granpa's house(we go to different schools and have different friends)..and when we do see each other we r always in the same room with our relatives(including our parents)..i can tell she is the shy kind..sometimes i stare at her(i cant help it) and she knows it but she always looks away or to the floor..im not worried about other guys(especially strangers)because she rejects guys she dont know(im not saying shes a coquette)..anyway can u plzzz help me know if she likes me back without having to make a move or do something funny in front of my relatives..im running out of people to ask and im more desperate for an answer than ever..she just looks damn good even without makeup(couldnt help writing it)..thank u

Well,here's the thing.I've started to feel strange around my guy best friend lately.It all started when we were at my place,he gave me a hug and I accidentally tripped when he was spinning me around,so we ended up falling,him on top of me.I was blushing furiously,and so was he.Every time he hugs me I feel this strange warmth,and today when he gazed straight into my eyes,I felt like I was going to faint and started blushing.Also,when he was hugging me before we said goodbye,I felt myself relax completely and when he let go I was angry he did.I think I'm falling for him... i am a lesbian and i am in love with my best friend. she told me she liked me a year ago and i told her i liked her too but when i asked her out a week later she told me she was straight and rejected me. this is a really hard subject. she meant it when she said she liked you. what she meant was that she needed you. something is going on in her life and she needs you help and love at this time. she may not need a relationship. i understand you love her but give her time. if shes straight dont push a rlationship onto her. you will find theperfect girl i promise

right so basically im actually in love with this lad in my school he means everythig to me, yes he knows i like him but hes also got a girlfriend an all that. but the other day i went out with some friends and met a lad who i've never meet before but we was talking to him as my friends new him from years ago. he added me on msn and we got talking an yeah i do kinda like him but the thing is he is best friends with the boy im totaly in love with. and the other day the love of my life said to me on msn that his best friend fancyed me an i thought great because i liked him abit. but then he asked me out and i had to say no because i couldnt go out with him as hes the love of my lifes best friend and i'll always love him and theres something not right about it. but he keeps on asking me and im really stuck help please. There can be many answers but it depends on the details of your situation. Have you ever asked the 'love of your life' if he felt the same way? If the answer is yes (depending on the answer) you should try to get together with him. If the answer is no, ask. If he doesn't feel the same way and only wants to be friends, then go out with his best friend. You may find that you love him a lot more than you think. But if you can't get the other guy off your mind, don't give up hope. If it's meant to be, everything will work out.
