I am so frustrated because I hate my school beyond belief. The rules are ridiculous, the administration is always up your as*, & I'm having friend issues.
My mom won't allow me to switch, though, because of a bunch of reasons. I keep telling her how unhappy I am at this school, with these people, but she says I need to cope.
What should I do? (link)
I think you should try to make a deal with your mom.

For example, you agree to going to this school for the rest of the school year, and if you still are dissatisfied, you get to switch schools.

But also think about it this way; you may get to the other school and hate it just as bad, or worse. This is a tough decision and i think you should think it out and talk to your mom about it before doing anything else.

=)

so ive binged.. and "purged" three times before. the third time tonight. i ate a lot of bad food and ive been workig out so much i felt like i have failed myself i dont want to get fat so i after i ate i panicked and threw it up. the first two times i did it i said id neverrrr again do that to myself. but i did, again tonight. im saying again to myself i wont do that again! i know its horrible. but now that ive done it a third time could this be a serious problem? what can happen if i keep this up? is doing it 3 times harmful or only if i continue? how do i stop? (link)
Like the person below me said, forcing yourself to throw up is never good for you, so now is the time to stop. Saying that you are going to stop is no good unless you stick to it. It's all about your mental strength. Think things through and think about how much this is making you worry. You dont want to go through your life with bulimia, so stop now before it gets worse.

No for what you were saying about feeling bad for eating bad food after you exercise and feeling like you failed yourself. I exercise a lot, and used to feel bad if i ate a lot after too. It feels like you wasted all the effort, but the truth is that you didnt. Normally, a person burns approx. 1,500 calories a day doing NOTHING. So naturally, a person can eat that many calories and not exercise, and stay the same weight. Let's say you run for an hour and burn 500 calories. If you eat an extra 500 calories, then you will stay they same weight.

So go ahead and eat that piece of cake or bag of chips... just balance it out with exercise and you will be totally fine, stop worrying so much =). Once you stop worrying, there will be no need for making yourself throw up. Hope I helped =)

I was on vacation for spring break in Fort Lauderdale. There was this girl in the jacuzzi who I am absolutely positive about that she is a surfer. She had thicker legs, but they were toned. But that's not what made me envy her. Her stomach...was PERFECT. It was flat, tan, she had no love handles, and it was just an overall nice, small waist. She looked about my age. I would give the world for that kind of upper body. I have quite a bit of belly fat, and I'm really trying to work on it for summer. My love handles are kind of big. I just want a small, flat waist. I do 45 minutes on an elliptical everyday, and every Tuesday I do a 45-min spinning class. and then I do trunk twists and bend over with weights from side to side to TRY and get rid of my love handles. I gave up on crunches on my fitness ball because I felt that they were making my stomach fat go out further with the new muscle that was made underneath. But I'm trying so hard. My eating habits are completely fine. I just don't know what to do. My hip bones kind of stick out further and wider so it feels harder to lose all the fat around there but I'm really willing to try. What are some good exercises to just first of all get RID of the fat on my stomach, on my back, and my love handles? Should I just do cardio until I lose the overall body fat and THEN do ab toning exercises when it's just flat?

helppp! (link)
run. run. run.

I know this sounds boring, which it may be at first, but results will definitely show after a few weeks of at least 30 minutes of running a day, at least 4 days a week.

When you have the hang of this and you start to lose some inches, THEN is when you start adding in crunches and other ab toning exercises gradually.

But trust me, it all begins with running.
