16/f. I am about 5'4", 150 lbs... My doctor told me I should be about 138. I would like to lose some weight on my arms and in my stomach and thighs..Are there any particular exercises that can help me with this? I have no access to a gym or weight lifting equipment. I am about to turn 14 in a month and i know your pain. All my friends are comfortable two piece bathing suits while I am not. i look at the calories of the food I am about to eat and decide. Also after each meal(breakfast lunch and dinner) I go on a jog or bike ride for 30 mins. I usally lose 3-5 pounds a week. Try it. If it doesnt work don't sweat it. Just take baby steps.
