Alright, I was going to put highlights in my hair at home, but everyone is saying it's bad..and eh yeah.
Alright well, my hair is a medium-dark brown. I want to put black in it, but i want highlights..i don't know if that'd look good or not..but can i buy the package to dye your whole hair black, but just put highlights, can i just do that or not?
or can i dye my hair blonde at home? or do i gotta go to a salon?

whatever you want to do to your hair, let a salon stylist do it. it's safer because they know what theyre doing and theyre experienced. good luck!
