It doesn't bleed that much. Sometimes it doesn't even pop. It just stretches. If you're a gymnast or very athletic you might not even have one because they rip very easily. There's nothing you can do to avoid its popping. Every girl goes through it just about. It's not that bad.

The most common definition of not being a virgin is if you've had sex, meaning the penis actually entered your vagina. So yes, you're still a virgin.

Whether you have sex now or five years from now, it's still going to hurt. It depends on how many other sexual things you have done before and how quickly you have sex. This is my first sex question soo yeah this is weird for me to answer but anyway. It will hurt but if you're wet enough it won't hurt as bad and if you've been stretched out it won't hurt as bad. You most likely won't achieve orgasm either and the first few times you do have sex it's still going to hurt. If you both feel you're ready and feel like you definitely won't regret it then make the decision together. Fingering and sex are different because when you use a condom it has lubrication on it and fingers don't (unless you've been putting that on) and it'll slide in easier. Fingers feel totally different than sex and like I said it's going to hurt but there's nothing really to do to prevent it. Everyone's nervous their first time.

Ive been with my boyfriend for over a year now ( im 14 ) we are really close and we talk to eachother about anything .. we always " do stuff " but its getting pretty serious , we talk about having sex and the effects of it , we know we have to use a condom and be safe - but do you think im too young? You have to make this decision on your own. As long as you feel that you're ready and you understand the consequences such as sexually transmitted diseases and pregnancy then do what you think is right. Condoms can break and birth control doesn't 100% prevent pregnancy nor does it prevent STD's.
