ok i think she should definetly be the one to talk to him if he isnt man enough to call himself. She needs to let him know how she feels and if he doesn't feel the same way then find someone else cuz you can obviously do better!

Thank you so much for your great advice. Words cannot express how much better it made me feel about this whole situation.
