personally .. it doesn't matter. as long as the guy can please a girl and give her sexually what he wants there's nothing to loose! if it's you or one of friends that is "small" and is insecure about it and you get a girlfriend who wants to have sex just sit down and talk to her about it .. hope i helped you out a little]
