umm, actually, it's discharge. If you're getting that, it's almost time for your period. If you have pubic hair, then expect it soon. And once you get it, don't worry about being flat. I was like that, and I am like...a C cup. You grow REALLY fast, and you tend it eat more (in some girls, like me) and you grow taller faster. And if you don't get your period soon, then think about this. (I shoudn't be telling you this, but it makes sense.) If you want to have sex, you COULD go with out a condom, because you have a great chance of not getting prego...even though it can still happen. So there's a good thing about not having your pd. (DON'T BE IN A RUSH! IT SUCKS!)

Hey, it's ok! I am 13 too, and I think about sex all the time! I think it's normal. Oh, and masturbating means (for girls) to finger themselves, but for guys, they whack off...or jack off. You shouln't feel like a porno freak, because it's perfectly normal. Fingering yourself isn't bad either, and it doesn't mean you are desparate. Just don't tell anyone. Just as long as you don't have sex (now) then there shouldn't be any probs. I'm prbobaly worse, because I think about having sex with the guys in Simple Plan and Green Day.
