The name is Emily and I am 15 years young.I am a green eyed brown haired outgoing freak, hah. I love music, it is my life =]. Bands to be specific, any and all, can't wait for Warped Tour this summer. I play sports volleyball, tennis, and I row. I love shopping. I don't follow trends just because they are trends, I wear what I like. I am obsessed with Urban Outfitters, American Apparel, and Hot Topic. I love shoes, they are pretty famazing. School isn't really to much of a drag I enjoy the challenge, all honors classes anyone? I love to give advice, helping others is a great feeling. I am 15, I make mistakes and don't know everything, but I am learning. I am mature and a great listener. I think advice should be listened to and reflected upon until you add your own input on what the person told you and not just followed blindly. So ask away!

i go to this new school, & i mean.. i want to make friends with some of these girls that are alot like me. but these dorkier girls, who i have nothing in common with, except schoolwork, like always follow me& stuff. & i mean im nice to them & all, but. i really wanna like talk to these other girls. but i feel queer, just going up to them & being like "HEYY! whats up?!" yano?

so what should i do?
how can i talk to these other girls who seem pretty chill?

Ok well i think at almost every school this is common, and i suggest especially seeing as how you dont like the dorkier girls dont be best friends with them i'm not saying be mean just dont become best friends because usually you end up being a dork as well. If you have any classes with these girls you wanna hang out with then you should like casually ask what the homework is or maybe like start a conversation in the halls while walking outta class after asking a simple question. Then maybe the girls will notice you?

i have a big clique of friends and i always have to ask them if i can go to the mall or movies with them and i dont like inviting myself, but they dont invite me that often. i invite them to places but i get sick of always having to ask them. they are really nice but i guess having a big clique only leaves to big problems. i really want them to be the ones to invite me to hang out because i always have to ask them and i sound desperate. don't get me wrong they are the greatest friends i could ask for so yeah. any tips?

I think Katie had a good idea. I had a large clique of friends at my school and that would happen to me but i realized i always got called or informed by these 3 girls. A lot of drama occurs as my school and before I knew,I found out who my true friends where those three girls. The moral of that was to try and become closer to just a few girls and things will be easier, or they should if they are you true friends.
