Hey... I'm pretty new to this site, so I might not have the best advice, but I'm willing to try.

Ok, so recently, I've been really distant around most of my "friends". I put that in quotes because I don't know whether I see them as friends or not. Whenever I'm with one of them, they usually talk to me, but when somebody else comes into the picture, they completely ignore me. I'm always getting seperated from them and it makes me mad because I feel pitiful and like a follower. Any suggestions on what I can do to solve this problem? (link)
Hey... I just wanted to let you know that you're not alone. That's exactly how I felt last year. I was always the follower-- I would find a group of "friends," then they would decide to wander around, and I would always be behind them, following them, or if we were walking on the sidewalk or something, I would be on the grass, on the side. That made me feel like a loser and it really sucked because I felt like they thought they were better than me. Also, they were supposedly my "best" friends, but alot of the time they did stuff together and excluded me. They also never invited me to their house.

This year, I've made new friends who don't act like they think I'm annoying, or that I should be following them. Instead, I've found people who are more on my level, and I don't feel like I'm extra baggage or w/e.

That's my advice to you: try to find people who you feel really comfortable with and who don't look down you. It might be hard trying to find a whole new set of real friends, but it'll be worth it.
