I've been really good friends with this one girl for nearly my entire life (I'm a girl too btw) and I've always considered her my best friend; however, she's never been very nice to me. She's not a very nice person at all actually. We may have had laughs and great memories together, but as long as I've known her she's always done incredibly bitchy things to me. She would give me something for my birthday and then take it back and give it to her bf. She's stolen the guy I liked right infront of me (and whenever I'm around she calls him on her cell just to make me jealous), she invites all of my best friends to her parties so they won't come to mine telling them that if they go to mine instead of hers that she won't be friends with them anymore... she constantly complains about how stupid I am... and other things like that too. I know that she's not a good friend, and I admit that I don't like her at all anymore! but she thinks that I'm her best friend... and it makes me sad to look back at all the things that we've gone through together. I can't just stop being friends with her can I? We've been "best friends" for over 11 years now! I don't know what I should do. If I told her that I don't like the way she acts I have the feeling that she'll punch me in the face because she's done that before... what should I do? (link)

your friend needs to seriously grow up..you can try talking to her one more time but if shes not gonna listen shes not ur friend..of sjes really ur friend she'll realize that your hurting and u dont like how she treats u and she will try to change other than that its beyond ur control!

Okay its simple friends b4 guys..i had this happen to me b4 me and my friend both liked the same guy i liked him 1st and well he liked me she understood and wanted me to be happy and moved on me and him didnt last that long..but all i kno is that she backed off cuz she knew i liked him and he liked me so there was no point in getting between us! if shes a real friend she'll back off!

ive known this girl 'jill' for about 2 years. this year at the beginning of the year we got really really close. then i got a boyfriend so things were going great. she even hooked me up with him! what i didnt know is that she liked him and never told me. So after a few days of being together, me, 'jill', my boyfriend, and 'jill's boyfriend all went to 'jill's house then to the movies. my mom picked me up like 3 seconds after the movie ended, so i gave my man a kiss on the cheek and left. what i discovered a few days after that was that when we were at 'jill's house they (her and my current b.f) made out, she pulled him aside saying she needed to talk to him and made out with him (while i was in the room next to them) and they made out after i left the movies. now since we were really close i just let it go (but didnt forgive her... i still havent yet) and this year its been on and off me and her liking the same guy and she always got him. now we were both single for like a month and things were going great, i found a guy! after a month or so of liking this guy, i heard she liked him too. and my friend got a confession out of her that she did so i was a little mad. the other day she told me that she didnt like him, she just wanted to 'break him of his innocence' (hes a good boy lol)... now next week me her and him are going to a party with a bunch of other ppl, and im gonna tell him i like him this week... anyone have advice on what i should do with 'jill'??

you need to seriously tell her how you feel bcuz if you ask me shes being bogus to me it seems like she wants everything u have..i mean seriously every guy you like she starts to like..she just needs to be happy for you..and if u find a guy that u like and he likes u i mean really likes u..and she sees it if she was ur friend she wont get between u bcuz ur friends are b4 guys its like an unwritten rule!!..all im saying is that she is being kinda bogus by going after every guy you go after and she wasn to break him of his innocence you can do that she doesnt need to help..she stabbed u in the back big time thats not a very good friend u need to have a serious talk!
