My school only went up to eigth grade and next year I will be attending a new high school. Im shy around new people too, but the important thing is when your going somewhere new be exactly who you are. That way people will like you for who you are and your not starting off new friendships on lies and someone your not. Also it might be easier to join clubs or sport teams at your new school becasue those are already people who will enjoy one of the same things you do. As you get to know the school more and make new friends you will become more confident. Best of luck =]
