Ok, I was just wondering what color eye liner you thought would go well with me. I have blue eyes most of the time (they change) And brown hair but not really dark. And also blonde high lights. Plz help (link)

my suggestion is to wear a brown or light gray eyeliner because either would go good with brown hair and blue eyes!
& as far as putting it on, start with little dots on your bottom lid, ( top lid isn't important), and buy and eyeliner with a smudger, so you can smooth out the dots, into a straight line, giving the eyeliner a nice smokey, clean look.

ok so i have brown hair down to the middle of my back. i always wear it down and thats all. this year i wanna change the style of it, professionaly. any suggestions? (link)

i had this one friend who had her hair like that in third grade and now she let her hair grow out even longer and its disgusting so dont do that!
umm... maybe if you got layers with some light highlights maybe. or choppy bangs and your hair cut to about shoulder length.
