alright. so i am a 13, turning 14 year old girl and i want to have a birthday party. im inviting 20 or so people, girls and boys. what are some fun ideas for something to do.
i just had this big party, and my parents werent to happy about that .. so i think just having a party is out of the deal
If you cant have it at your house just go bowling or do lazer tag or something.
Hi. Well, I was wondering-what types of clothes does the store H&M sell? I mean, do they see causal clothes, formal clothes, or both? Also, is their clothes good and could you please tell me the price ranges of the clothes and accessorie (i.e.-jeans from $25-$40 or something like that), and also tell me if they have good prices. Also, could you guys tell me if and when they have sales. Thanks!
h&m is one of my favorite stores. :) They sell both casual and formal. I find their clothes to be very sophisticated and basic -- very stylish right now. I like them a lot because they're not trendy, but classy. An usual thing about the store is they organize it by color. Their clothes are incredibly cheap for the quality. I've never bought a pair of jeans there, but not on sale they're about $30-40. I was in there with my friend last week though and they had a 1/2 off sale on jeans. Overall, I would highly reccomend the store. Its kind of like big city fashion, except really really cheap.
I want to dye my hair blue... no... I MUST dye my hair blue! bright blue! the problem is that I have dark hair and I've never dyed it before and I think I have to bleach it blonde first then dye it blue for the color to show up. Is that going to ruin my hair and make it all crackly and nasty?
Use Kool-aid, it doesn't make your hair all gross and stuff. Talk to a stylist about bleaching.
What's this obsession we have with being hairless? Why do we thing that bare skin is so appealing? If we look at any animal, they just look disgusting without hair. Imagine shaving a cat.
What's wrong with hair, anyway? Is it just our preoccupation with youth that we shave the parts of our body that grow hair after puberty, in an effort to look pre-pubescent?
Sorry, just a rant. I guess if I want advice, it's this: How can I make people feel more comfortable about my hairy state?
Omigosh, i know exactly what you mean! It's such a pain to shave your armpits and legs. It's like, why is it so attractive to have hair on our head but not anywhere else? I totally agree.
But as for your question, if you really want to make people feel comfortable, don't go off into a rant such as this when they ask you if you shave your armpits. (if you choose to do this, use deoderant-its for your benifit, believe me.) You will become known as "The Weird Hairy Girl"(i'm assuming you're a girl cause i don't know many guys who shave their legs or anything.) Just...don't draw attention to it. And if your friends have a problem with your hairy body, maybe they aren't the best friends to have. think about it.
