www.polyvore.com is an awesome website that allows you to browse through tons of clothes sold online. I've tried researching on the site for that particular Misfit shirt. It appears it's a typical band shirt altered. The sleeves are cut off & the neckline is trimmed. Have you tried contacting the person who posted that photo?
