How do you get your hair so blonde that it's almost white? You know, like jessica simpson blonde?... I've tried bleaching it, but it just turns orange & then when I put a base on after the orange doesn't go away. Does any one know any good brands or tips on how to do this?
try using lemon juice then sit out in the sun for a long time

i want a new haircut like kristin's off of laguna beach. ive googled and yahoo'd pictures of her but theres not any good ones of her hair down and all.... does anyone know where i can get a cute picture of her or either someone with a hair cut like hers so that i can show my hair stylist the way i want it?

ok, i get tanned VERY easily. I literally just have to stand outside for about 10 minutes on a warm&sunny day and my skin becomes noticably darker. The thing is, I hate this. When I become tan, my skin looks oily and dirty, even though its not. Is there any way I can prevent myself from getting so tan? BESIDES staying indoors because im a very active person and that is almost impossible for me.
