about

I'm * B e c k y . . I'm 17, and love it. I love to give advice, and usually I'm pretty good at it, because I'm just honest and try to be helpful. I'm super nice, so feel free to ask me anything, and I'll try to get back to you as quickly as possible :). That's me in the pink bikini in the pic, 2nd from the right. I live in canada, but everyone knows I belong in cali. I love my friends, they're awesome. I love to have fun, I'm really just a fun, bubbly person. I love to party, I party as much as I can, because you only live once. I'm a prep, but don't stereotype me, because that's just lame. I love to shop, abercrombie & fitch, and hollister are my favourite stores. I have an addiction to purses, I love love love Coach purses. umm, I'm a super good listener, and am majorly trustworthy, that's why I'm the one my friends come to, to talk. I love music, I listen to everything, from punk to country. If a song sounds good, I'm not ashamed to admit I like it. I'm great at advice, especially when it comes to boys, so give me a shot, and make up your mind about me yourself.

advice

I always had straight hair...or that's what I thought. Since I was little I always had hair long as my butt and it's been straight or well that's what I thought.
When I decided not to take a bit off but cut until my chest area...I realised I really needed a straightener and so I bought one the same day!!! I had no advice on it and when I got home it worked but it took atleast 1 and 1/2 hours to finish and that's something I'm not willing to take. My hair is thick and still longish but I want to cut it a bit and in steps.
I'm not sure if I will cut it though but I need to buy a new straightener and that's a fact...cause I'm on vacation right now and my hair is a mess w/o my old hot iron. Please tell me a good type that will be fairly cheap. Around $100 CND-$ 100 US.
Something professional maybe with a ceramic heating plate?

My straightener is so good. like it's my favourite ever. you know how some straighteners leave your hair feeling dry? this one doesn't at all, it makes it feel like soft and makes it shiny.
It's a global beauty ceramic straightener. Me and some of my close friends all have it because it's so good. It's kind of pricey, but it's definitely worth the investment. and hopefully you can find it on sale somewhere or something.

hope you find an awesome straightener, even if you don't get mine:)good luck :P

Hi,

I recently bought some clothes from the Hollister at my mall. I am a 17 year old boy and think the clothes are nice.

When I got home and showed my 13 year old brother the clothes I got (a polo and a sweatshirt) he started screaming at me and said that only posers and gays were Hollister.

I know quite a few people don't like Hollister and quite a few people do.

I am wondering what people think of boys who wear Hollister?

I love guys that wear hollister

I'm going to buy a solia hair straightener...
and my hair is ehh medium length....http://i1.tinypic.com/245avld.jpg......that's me and my hair.
Well, what I need help with is I'm going to buy either a 1 1/2 inch solia...or a 1 inch...and a 1/2 inch IS a big difference when you're straightening your hair...I want to know what you think I should get becuase...if It's too thick then I can't reach the little areas of my hair I need to get to...and if it's too thin it will take me twice as long to straighten...+ the 1 inch one is pink :] LOL. Well...help? :] thanks

I definitely think you should go with the 1 inch hair straightener. It's exactly what you said, it will be a lot easier to get to the little areas of hair. plus, I find the 1" straighteners, easier to use. and as for time, It really shouldn't take you much longer, and could potentially be a lot easier. but that's just my opinion. have fun with it. and good luck with your hair:)
