So I'm 17(f), and I don't ever wear any makeup of any kind, but I'd really like to wear makeup once in a while, not because I don't think I look good, but just to enhance my features. I want to find sort of a very natural look.

I have tried a few things, but I have discovered that I am unable to apply mascara; it ends up all over my cheeks and eyelids and I poke myself way too many times. Eyeliner is doable but not easy...

I also have fairly full lips, particularly my upper lip, so anything with significant colour is definitely out.

I'm pretty cheap too...I don't want to spend too much money on makeup...so I guess the fewer products needed the better?

So yeah...if anyone has suggestions about some looks or tips that I should try...I can experiment a bit with my mom's and friend's makeup for some stuff to find out if I like it before I buy anything, but I just need some help! I am so clueless and I don't want to bug my friends with this!

Also, I know I want to get some kind of concealer... suggestions on what kind (not brand...like format/style...)? (link)
Hey!
First of all, mascara. Here are some tips:
- Wiggle the wand a bit when you are applying it to your lashes.
- Use a tissue, and dab the mascara brush on it before applying it to your lashes. This makes it look so much more natural, but still can make a good difference to your original lashes.
- When you dip your wand into the mascara bottle, twist the wand instead of pumping it in and out the bottle, it dries the mascara out.
- You can buy clear mascara if you want to start off with that.

Now for the lips:
If you don't want something too, like, "wow, lips!", but still want to have something on them, I would recommend wearing a tinted lip balm. I recommend Maybelline's baby lips, in berry crush.

As for concealer:
I suggest getting a cream or liquid concealer. For under-eye concealing, try using one that is a shade lighter than your skin colour, and draw an upside down triangle under your eye, and blend with either your ring finger using a stippling motion toward your nose, or use a beauty blender. You could also use a concealer brush, it's up to you.
For concealing things like blemishes, I would try to get a concealer with good coverage, and one that is close to your skin colour.

I suggest you look up some natural make up looks on youtube, there are some great tutorials that can really help you out when starting out with makeup.

I hope this helps! xx

I did my acrylics at home the clear ones and I used regular nail polish on top no gel kind, can I use a nail polish remover to take it off when I need a full, will it damage my acrylic? (link)
You can use nail polish remover, just make sure it's acetone free, because acetone is usually what is used to take acrylics off. Hope this helped xx

I'm a 12 year old female, I either want to die my hair very bright blonde and put in black streaks, or black and have blonde streaks. I'll describe how I look: I currently have brown hair with blonde highlights I got done. I like the blonde tbh, I have brown eyes a little hazelish, and tan skin. In the winter my skin is the palest it gets but is still very tan, and in the summer my skin gets dark as fuck. I'm still white, but most my family is Italian. My mom's side 100% and my dad is half Irish and half Italian, but the Irish side of my dad's family also has French too. My grandma's Irish but her mother is from France, grandpa's italian, so you can kind of imagine my tan-ness? My hair is thick and curly but I straighten it and have side bangs covering my left eye. I wear pretty much all black and dark colors, and my nails are black. It looks pretty good next to my skin. So what's your personal opinion? (link)
I would go with black hair with blonde streaks. Having dyed hair can be hard to maintain, so if you like your natural hair colour and like the blonde, maybe you could just add more blonde. Otherwise, I would lean more towards black hair with blonde streaks!
Just my opinion, ultimately, it's up to you!

...my mom says she won\'t go anywhere with me if i do and my dad says i\'d look terrible like that. i\'m old enough to do whatever the hell i want. but i want to hang out with my mom she\'s just too fucking judgmental and that\'s one reason why i hate her. how can i convince them to let me do it? i really, really want to do it. Please please please help me!!! (link)
Perhaps try telling your parents that this is your hair, and you want to try out different things with your hair, if you end up not liking it, it will grow back, reassure them that it's not permanent. Maybe even ask to sit down and talk to them about it, and state your reasons.

If you feel your mother is too judgemental, try talking to her about it too. She may not realise how judgemental she comes across as, so talking to her about it should allow her to become aware of it and may motivate her to get your hair cut as you like.

Good luck!
