17/f I'm going into my senior year and I want to make a good image for myself. I want to change my wardrobe, which generally consists of t-shirts and bootcut/ flare jeans, along with sneakers or flip-flops. You can see my problem, I think. I want to have a good casual look that is a little dressy, but not over the top (I want to wear my jeans, if possible). I also want to create curves on my thin, rectangular body. I'd like to have a classy look that I can carry over to college. But I want it to be comfortable. Who can help me? Any advice is appreciated. I'm about 5'6, 120 lbs. (link)

well you can wear jeans with blazer jackets, jean jackets with cute designs and sequins on them, you can wear some skirts every now and then i mean i never wear skirts unless im going somewhere nice but still it never hurts to try it, you can even wear t-shirts that fit your shape that show you have curves.Sometimes when a shirt is on the rack you'll see how it has a hourglass shape to it well those are the ones to get I get tshirts and jeans all the time.I am the same way you are with dressing minus the flip flops.I hope I helped.Let me know if it works out.
Peace,
