Hey! Well just a quick word in. I like to give advice, but only when I know what I'm talking about, so I will only answer to certain questions that I'm positive about. But please ask me... send it into my inbox and if I can't help you I will tell you. I'm not going to give you a load of crap. Most of the time I can help you though. Please rate or give me feedback because I want to know how my answered affected you! And like most other columnists if you get mad about an answer because you asked a question on our opinion (Like "what do you think this means", etc) don't get mad.

You can go to a hair salon and they will put chemicals in it to keep it straight for months. I can't say you will have perfect straight hair but it will help ALOT. You will have to get it redone after several months and its expensive but like I said it will help alot. And, there are products you can use that you can get from like Target or Walmart that might help. Straightening products. You will have to experiment around with which will work. For now you might want to stick with pony tails until you get your hair problems straight. Also, you might need a new straightener. If you are using conair or something like that, they won't work on your type of hair at all. Here is a site with straighteners that you will probably find helpful.

Hope I helped. =)

You can try Sally Hanson. I think they had a nail polish that helps your nails grow. They probably sell it at Walgreens.

Does anyone know where to get those demin minis that have those stingy things at the end that looks like it had been cut off? Also, if you could give me the websites and the prices I would really appreciate it. Thanks! (link)

I have one and I got it from Abercrombie. Im sure they are at Abercrombie and Fitch too. If your smaller, you can go to Abercrombie or Abercrombie and Fitch but if your bigger you might want to go to A&F instead because it has alot of different sizes. Mine was about 35 or 40 or something and then at A&F they are probably more expensive. You can check it out at www.abercrombie.com and at the top it was will say "men women kids " kids has sizes up to kids 16 which is like a 2 or maybe even 4 in women. Or you can click on women. Good luck. Also you could try out Hollister.

Hi! I need to do a temporary makeover on myself and need some tips. First of all, everything has to be as low budget as possible. Now, here's what I need. I have red hair and I need to make it look brunette or at least darker. Then I'll also need it to look somewhat blonde. Or a lighter shade of red. If anyone knows any cheap ways to do that that won't effect my hair long term that would be great! I also have really white skin and I want to make it look tan. Chest and up. I don't want to turn orange or anything... And I don't want to actually have to tan in a tanning bed. Any ideas? I hope I made sense! Thanx! Luv ya! (link)

If you add additional information on your question as of why you need to do this then I'll help, but if it is to "impress" your friends forget about it and I don't know if anyone else on this site will either. Stay true to yourself and be yourself. So add some info please. Thanks

Is Lindsay Lohan wearing a lace dress in this picture?

I can't tell if it's lace or not. (link)

Well I think the borders of it(the bottom, sleeves, etc.) are lace but not all of it completely.

Hey! I already had homecoming and its just semi-formal usually. I guess it depends on the school, but most of the time its just semi-formal which means like; do not get a dress that touches the floor...no. Unless he says its formal. But just wear a halter, strapless, etc., thats around your knees maybe a little above or below though. Make sure you feel comfortable enough to dance in it! Try macy's, jcpenny, dilliards, etc. They have a ton. Good luck! Just ask him though if you aren't totally sure but most likely it should be just semi-formal.

It depends on what kind of shirt you get.... go to www.ae.com to see which ones you like best then go to the mall and get one! I would say at 15 dollars at the least but usually most of them are 20 to 45ish.... Hope I helped! Just go to the website to get more info!

You can straighten it, you can buy a decent straightener for about 20 or so dollars. Also make sure you brush it right after you get out of the shower. You can try a new shampoo made especially for smoothing and straightening too (maybe Thermasilk). Also Thermasilk has a "straight and smooth" cream that you can put in your hair, they also have something like that that is a spray but it is more of a detangler. Oh and if you dont want to do that you can try Frizz-ease by John Frieda (they sell that at target or walmart or w/e).
But i would mainly try straightening it... and if you do try straightening it DON'T FORGET THE BACK OF YOUR HAIR.
Last thing, if you can't get a straigtener, then try putting in straightening or smoothing cream before you blow dry and when you blow dry try attaching a diffuser to your blow dryer. ( if you don't know what a diffuser is look it up online or ask your hairdresser)
Any of these methods should work. Now its up to you to decide which one!
Hope I helped!

I always have trouble on picture day, I have wide shoulders and a large bustline, and not many styles of shirts look flattering, tank tops make me look like a football player, and halters are even worse. I look too busty with a v-nack, but simple shirts seem to just make everything look worse. Does anyone have any shirt ideas that can flatter or disguise my flaws?

I think what would look best on you is either a polo shirt or a shirt with vertical stripes.... also wear your hair down but not where it covers up your face! Hope I helped! Good luck with pictures!
