Alright here's the deal. I always thought my hair would look nice straightened and so, my gf offered to straighten it for me and she did and wow it looks freggin' Awesome lol. But sad fact of the matter is just about every one that has seen it has called it gay, now I can understand where I live at people prolly aren't use to it, and I picked up this punk style of clothing with it when i did that with my hair but it still make me po'd when people want to just say that because I do that with my hair. Any comments our help?

Dude, do they not see you have a girlfriend? People are ignorant jerks sometimes, in no way should you feel bad that you straighten your hair. Soooo many guys i know do it, and they're not one bit gay, not that that would matter at all :P. Anyway if it really bugs you,i heard that there's this thing you can get at the salon that makes it so your hair's less curly/poofy, for guys. I don't know if you watch youtube, but if you do you might know of Shane Dawson- and in one of his videos he did this ;P. Girls really don't mind it when guys straighten their hair,and we can blame our sucky culture for the narrow minded people who think its "gay" for guys to style their hair every once in awhile. Its kind of like when girls get really short hair- oh,they must be a lesbian,right? It's just not fair, is what i'm trying to say XD. Anywho point blank, don't worry about it- eventually people will just get over it, and probably forget that you even do it. have fun :] hope i helped!

That girl below me is crazy! Hah just kiddin ;P, but really, it depends on if it looks good on YOU individually. If you like it, then everyone else will too, girl-wise. If you want it do it,point blank. I personally love piercings and think they're wicked fuckin' hot. :). Side doesn't matter,which ever one looks better. Only thing is take real consideration into if you want it,because it your going to get sick of it within a few months it could leave a scar =[. My vote is yes if you can pull it off, which most people can for this kinda' piercing. =] peace love &happinesssss !

I know you might not like this,but any thrift store or salvation army has tops that are real quality tops for dirt cheap! My sister found an ed hardy jacket there once for only 15 bucks!(they're usually ridiculously expensive) Granted you have to look around, but you find some awesome stuff :). hope i helped!

okay, well i just recently got a haircut. i usually go to my hair stylist but she was out on vacation so i decided to go somewhere else. well, the lady today messed up my hair and cut my bangs really short. so now i have to wear my bangs up.
you see school is starting. i'm going to be a senior. i have NEVER had my hair up for school. and by never i mean never. i think the last time i put up my hair was in 6th grade. i really don't like having my bangs up...
and another thing, my senior pictures are in two weeks ! i really wanted my hair to be down for them.
my question is...is there anything i can do (other than pray or extensions) to make my hair grow faster in the next two weeks?

well the good thing is, bangs grow super fast.
and since you cut them they're healthy- your hair always grows faster after a trim.
in 2 weeks your bangs should get a little longer so dont worry about it :) !

hey ,...... i am going into high school and i want to make an IMPRESSION i dont wanna be laid back i want to show my true personality , which is a total girly girl. I LOVE to wear high heels and mini skirts (which i always wear on the weekends and to the malls and stuff. Thats just who i am. I LOVE acting girly, but i never wanted to be like that at school because i didnt know what people would think. So.... i think that going to high school and with all the new people it would be a good idea to finally be ME.... but i wanna know what you guys think. I wanna wear high heels and stuff BUT im not sure if iam to young and that.... BUT my mom lets me wear them and i go shopping and out like that. It is FUN but then again i am going into gr.9 I DONT WEAR HOOKER HEELS i wear wedges and a little more and skirts and make up (pretty kind ) LOL anways just wanted to know if that was going to far or what your impressions are?

I deffinatly think you should express yourself,especially in the start of highschool! Chances are they're will be people like you and they'll like your style! :} Don't be afaid to be yourself! And the high heels thing, don't worry about it. A lot of girls in my highschool wear them. I think that would be a great idea! I'm also happy that you want to show your true self, some people in the begginning of highschool want to impress people by being something their not,dont be one of those people! Theres nothing much else i can say, except if they have a fashion club at your highschool, i would consider joining it :D

i think i know what you're talking about, they're like slippers, only with (for example, they'd be brown on the outside,really plushy or furry on the inside, and then some of that plush/fur in around the rim of the frount?) haha, sorry if that confused you! i think i'm catchin' what you're saying though. Check out Target, thier exactly like the "ugg" brand, only so much cheaper. (only 12.99 ;) )

ok so im white, and i HATE IT! but in the summer time i can tan so i dont mind it so its okay, but now that its almost winter time im getting really white again and its annoying as hell! and halloween is coming up and well all my friends and i are dressing slutty and it shows my legs and well my legs are really white and stuff and my my friends are all pretty tan so anyways my question is what is a good way to look semi tan with out going to like a tanning bed because like if i went to a tanning bed you could TOTTALY tell i went and that would be tottaly embarressing because one day i would be pale and then the next day i would be tan and i dont want indoor tanning stuff unless it like ACTUALLY WORKS! and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEE let it work because i had the worst experience with indoor tanning stuff, please help me i hate being white, it makes my self confidence go down so much! and i dont know what to do to make my self look tan! and there is so sun in the winter! ppleasee don't go to a tanning bed. its so bad for your skin, no lie. i've used many other things that work just as well. Jergins natural glow, is a lotion, and i've been using it for awhile now. It gradually tans you so you look naturaly tan. i love it

I am choosing between two outfits for the first day of 8th grade. I want to look mature in my outfit yet fun. One thing i'm not sure about in these outfits though is the miniskirts. I want to give a good first impression to my teachers, and not give the new kids and younger kids the impression that I dress slutty.Do you think they are too short? I wouldn't change your hair color, i read up on some stuff awhile ago, and they like people who have a unique look to them, don't use a lot of make-up,and don't dye there hair all different colors.
You look perfect to become a model,but you should show them less profile shots. (take a frount-face picture) You'll need to hire a photographer to make a portfolio and what not. Also, try to find a talent scout near you. But yess, deffinatly go for it!

hey, i actually think the cheap brand name "new york" is good,but it does wear off =/. but try to find a really nice black pencil. also try like the other girl said, the crayon thing (almay sells them,also try revlon for any of the pencils)
i pretty much achive the first look by pencil.
First look:
Pull both sides of your eye lid at the same time,(so its flat) with the pointer and middle finger.do it really thin, then when you get to the middle,gradually get thinker.line your inner top and inner bottom lashes.vuala!
Second:
This ones much more complex. It looks like she used a thin layer of liquid liner to line the outer bottom lid,the pencil/cray for the inner bottom lid, and liquid on the top. she also used mascara. then she put concealer under her eyelids and starting where the color starts in your eyes, she used blue as a shadow effect. veryy cute.
Third:
She lined her outter and inner lids on the bottom, and her outter/inner lids on the top.(pencil) then using either a sharp pencil, or liquid she made both of the outter lines meet,and curl. i would think she used pencil though,its easier to make.
The fourth on is because she's too over loaded with makeup. and the top is too thick.and she has no bottom lashes, which is why i'm thinking you don't want it like that =p.
*stay away from being to thick
*pencils/crayon eyeliners are easier to control (in my opinion)

you have to be in the sun. i wouldn't use peroxide,i herd it can turn your hair white! lemon juice is good but it will dry out your hair,and surprisingly apples work (they're acidic but wont dry out your hair) i hope i helped, goodluck!

I can't remember if I was wearing makeup in that picture, but if I was it was probably mascara and a line of eyeliner on my top lid. I started wearing it above my lower lashes now, though. My older cousin also, this weekend put clinique eyeshadow on me. It looked gorgeous and it was white on my lids and under my brows and purple on my creases. Well I want to buy some good makeup, from department stores or mac. Can anyone please tell me some good colors to use on my face and eyes according to my features? omg, you're stunning! i love your necklace, by the way. ok, you'd look soo good with dark blue eyeliner,mascara on the outer top* lashes,and a soft pink cheek. thats really all you need. You could put the dark blue on the inside* of your lashes, on the top and bottom. then either one coat of mascara or just mascara on you out lashes (closest to you ear) (black mascara would be best) and a warm rosy pink. you could actually go to macys or fileans and they'll pick the shade out for you! i get all of my makeup at clinique,its so perfect.also sephora.com,they have probably every brand you could think of! Ohh, and anyother makeup idea: use dark blue eyeliner to create cat eyes.where you put eyeliner on the top LID(above the eyelashes) and make the eyeliner go out a little past the corner of your lid, the one closest to your ear,you know?.then maybe one coat of mascara. (i'd look the cat eyes up online,because i can't really explain it :]) well i hope i helped! good luck

Hi I am 16 and I am going to get both of my ears pierced in one day somewhere, I'm not sure where yet... I have been doing some research and I have heard that the piercing guns suck! and they screw up a lot... ahh deffinatly choose the needle! it doesn't hurt as much,they numb your ear/nose/whatever. and besides,the gun shatters your cartiledge. you could get infections easier. just make surethe place is real good at keeping things steril(sp?) i hope i helped.good luck !
