thye first thing you need to do is to stop panicking! your menstrual cycle is probably a regular cycle which lasts 4-6 days and can occur between 21 to 35 days. you have nothing to worry about. the reason why you didn't get your period this month is probably because of a number of things. the menstrual cycle is a very sensitive thing and can become irregular for a number of reasons. these include:Stress
New cycle , that is the irregularity experienced by some young girls at the onset of the periods. Their cycle can be irregular for months or years whilst it is establishing itself.
Dietary problems , eg anorexia, bulimia or simply poor diet
Too much exercise
Drugs - prescription and recreational
Break in routine
Thoughts and emotions
Sexual activity - especially when it is a new occurrence - in your case NOT
Anxiety about pregnancy
Illness or physiological imbalance eg thyroid conditions
you have nothing to worry about, however, if you're still unsure and feel that something is not right, then there is no harm in going to the doctors and getting it checked out.
i hope that i have helped

dear sweaty arm pits
So you sweat a little? big deal, its all natural. now first things first, you need to shave you pits before you put any kind of deoderant on as underarm hair is usually one the cause of sweat. seconldy, you should use talcom powder after having a shower as this prevents your armpits from sweating in the first place and then after that wear and anitpersprant. if none of these work, then you should consider seeing your local GP as you may be suffering from Axilliary hyperhidrosis - Excessive Underarm Sweating. Axillary Hyperhidrosis involves extreme, dripping sweat in the armpits, with constant odor that is usually resistant to all deodorants. Axillary sweating may be present, alone, or in conjunction with any or all other types of hyperhidrosis. Sufferers are prevented from wearing certain fabrics and colors because the sweat causes staining and rotting of the clothing. The sympathetic nervous system over-stimulates the sweat glands, causing the hyperhidrosis. This condition may be aggravated by anxiety, but it can occur without it.
