Q: ok i'm about 5'3" and i weigh 145 lbs. i really want to loose 30 lbs asap. can anyone help me out about how i should go about loosing this weight? please don't say "eat healthy and exercise and lay off junk food" can you give me examples of some exercises and foods to eat and foods not to eat and how much a day i should eat? i'd really love to hear from the people who lost weight and what worked for them but anyone will do. thanks so much!

Is that too much? am i fat? am i skinny? -(which i highly doubt.) or am i normal?.please please please be honest and brutal. all my friends say im sooo skinny, but i rele think and mostly kno that their just being nice. Please. im so sorry for the longness of my help question. and i kno my question is alot to answer but i rele need some help, ive been very concious about my weight lately. and i would rele love to fly, you know not fly fly but like fly in a stunt like in cheerleading i dont do cheerleading now but i mean i have friends that do and they coould put me into a stunt if i was small enough. they Have put me in stunts but i would rele like to be higher and fly more like some of my other friends. and stuff if you know what i mean and like be able to fly all the time. Also i am doing gymnastics and ice skating soon and i dont want to look fat in the little outfits. and i have a boyfriend that is like 71 pounds and i feel a little weird around him but hes an awesome guy and there is a party coming up soon and i would rele like to loose a litte weight for that.and i have alot of friends that are small and i dont like being like the second biggest person all the time. but i do have alot of friends that are older and bigger and i feel so happy and good around them. and again sorry for the longness and i kno its gonna be a hard question to answer. but please just try to answer all of these questions as best that you can. but thanx so much you give great advice: ] : ] : ]

100 pounds is not too much at all. I would say that 25-30 pounds is too much too lose, if you really want to lose weight, 5 pounds would be a better goal. To lose weight I would recomend drinking water, lots of fruits and vegatables. Also, look up exersizes on the internet you can do daily. Sit ups are really good for your stomach, and squats are good for your legs. Your boyfriend is going out with you becuase he likes the way you are, and I'll bet he cares about you and wouldn't want you to go on a crazy crash diet! So make sure you don't go too crazy, just be healthy instead! GOOD LUCK! I hope this helps:)

That is a perfect weight for a 12 and half year old. But there is also the height factor, what is your height? I am 13 and weigh 108 pounds. You are definately not fat. hope this helps:)

Q: Hi ive had this health problem for about 3 yrs now and it just doesnt seem to go away im writing about it to see if anyone shares this problem. I dont really want to ask anyone is else because its abit weird, well so my parents think. First of all my my heart beats really hard and fast and then it feels like a really really strong pulse around my body like my veins are are exploding. I know it sounds really strange but its really uncomfortable and happens nearly all the time. You know you can feel your heart beating well i get that feeling around my whole body especially in my hands, it feels like their going to explode. Im sure thats not healthy. Hope someone replys and doesnt think im to strange lol.

Well, I dont think your strange, but I dont share that problem. My advice is to see a doctor, I agree that it isnt healthy. A doctor will help you with that problem, and Im sure they wont think your wierd!

It isnt a brilliant way to burn calories, because it really doesnt work. Little things like moving your arm, or lifting your leg can burn calories though! If you really want to burn major cals, then just do the old fashioned exersizing technique! :) hope this helps!
