Can you tell when was the last time someone logged on to facebook? is there any way to be sure?

Thanks!

Facebook promises in that fashion not to reveal that kind of information about others, such as time spent, activities done, and who/what they've searched for. Basically, the only way information is seen about someone is if they post it themselves or let an application post things about what they do (farmville, etc). They only release the info they want to release, showing when you were on is currently not an option to put on your profile.

The only real way to do this is to hack into facebook's database, but that is a SERIOUS federal crime, and you violate every single user's privacy. That's 350 million people with violated privacy, even if you didn't specifically look at them.

It's also VERY difficult, very expensive, and very illegal. So don't. xD You probably wouldn't have, but I just wanted to put that out there.

A good way to see is just to open your chat all the time and check it regularly. If they appear on your chat, it is obvious that they are online. You can also post a message on their wall asking them to message you next time that they are online.

However, the last time is something impossible to tell unless the person tells you themselves. Sorry about that.

Hope this helps!

I'm looking for some shampoos without sodium lauryl/laureth sulfate in them. Preferably, I'd also like them to be paraben-free. I'm having a harm time finding SLS-free shampoos though. I would like specific brands of shampoo that are SLS-free (and, if possible, paraben-free also) if anyone knows of a few. I'd also REALLY appreciate it if someone could let me know where to purchase these hair care products at because I am unable to find ANY in my local stores. As you can tell, I am having a very hard time finding a hair product that is bested suited to my needs! :(

http://www.natural-health-information-centre.com/sls-free-shampoos.html

^^^ Great list.

http://www.newdirectionsaromatics.ca/sls-free-shampoo-base-p-596.html

^^^ Make your own.

http://www.slsfreeshampoo.net/

^^^ A nice site.

If you can't find any in your local stores, order or make your own! I also use some of it, but I use a friend's homemade.

Let me know what happens.

I'm getting braces and I hear they are really painful?

Can anyone explain to me what's going to happen and if it hurts?

Oh my! First of all, congratz! I know braces are a tough decision, but think of the wonderful smile afterwards! It's effing awesome! Anyways.

When I first got my braces, I was nervous about everything! First they're going to take impressions of your jaw by putting some mold on your teeth. Cold, but okay. Then they'll take some pictures- remember to look nice! Oh yeah, and x-rays!

Then, the faithful day! We get ze braces on! First, they'll put on the metal bands at the back of your teeth, on you molars. This is the worst part of it, sorry. =/ First, they'll put on the bands, then take them off. Then put them on again. You're going to bite on an instrument which pushes up the bands. Don't be scared. It doesn't hurt that much.

Then, they glue on the brackets. This is byfar the easiest thing in the world. Sit still, and let them do the work.

After that, they'll ask you what colour of rubber bands you want. I started with light blue and light purple. Not too noticable, yet funky! Choose whatever colours you like, though. This might hurt a bit if you have low pain tolerance. They'll wind the bands around the brackets using pliers. They do this every adjustment, as well.

Then, they'll stick in the wires. Remember to tell them if something sticks out and pokes you! The orthodontist can do much more than wax. You'll probably start with a flimsy wire, so don't worry if it seems loose or floppy. You'll move up to stronger wires soon.

Voila! You're done! You have wonderful, shiny braces on, which will stick with you for two whole years!

Now is the worst! The pain is SO effing bad! It does hurt like hell the first days.Take advil, lots of advil, and soft foods like soup, jello, ice cream, cereal, tuna, very soft bread, mashed potatoes, and such. After a while the pain will dim.

Brushing your teeth will take much longer! I brush my teeth first with Vitality, then a manual brush, then a special brush for between the braces, and mouthwash! Woohoo! Oral hygiene is important.

While you have braces, you're going to avoid caramels, corn on the cob, a full apple or such (SLICES ONLY!) and other sticky stuff. I always chew gum though! It gets stuck in your braces once in a blue moon (or is it NEW moon?) and usually only a tiny winy weeny bit that you can rinse out.

Never chew on stuff like pencils, any metal wood, in other words, STICK TO THE EDIBLE STUFF! Don't suck your thumb either!

Adjusments are short, and usually consist of changing the wires and rubber bands. It takes 5-10 minutes. Yay!

In other words, braces AREN'T scary. They're just another pain in the derriere! =D

Good luck! Tell me how it goes.

it dosent hurt to pee but after i pee my vagina gets all tingly and like a sore/throbbing felling ? idk please help

It may be an infection or an illness, but if you have been sitting for a long time, it also can add to it. If it continues for a long time (2 months) it's best to go to a doctor and try a urine test.

If your symptoms match these, head to the doctor as soon as you.

I have braces and they tried to use elastic bands to fix my overbite but it didn't work. they also pulled out two teeth.

how is that going 2 help me? help! i don't want to have ugly teeth!

Your overbite is most likely caused by either crowding, heriditary problems, or a jaw misalignment. It sounds like you have crowding or jaw problems. If it's severe, and I mean you can put a finger or two between your teeth without brackets severe, then you will get headgear. Since rubber bands won't help, I'm sorry hun, but that's life. Life can be merciful though. There are two options if you want to not wear your head gear in public.

First, you can get an overhaul surgery of your mouth. If you're really unhappy with your mouth, this is a really good option. It's costly, but mostly worth it. It'll work wonders no braces, retainers or headgear can do. Your teeth and jaw with be perfect for years, and it adds a few years to your teeth retaining, if your teeth fall our because of that. It will feel unnatural and hurt a bit the next month, but wow, is it amazing!

If you think that's a bit too serious for your problem, you can choose to wear headgear only during the night and weekends. You'll probably wear it twice as long, but maybe it's worth it to you. It depends.

Oh wait! Me and my mumbo jumbo mouth! I haven't told you what headgear is! It's a device that is connected to a band around your head or neck, and some metal wires clinch around some teeth to straighten them.

I just started dating my ex again (He's 23) and he is overweight. He talks about how he wants to lose weight because he said dating me he feels like a "walrus". Lately for a couple of weeks he's been eating late at night and the either that night or the next morning he'll get sick. Has this happened to anyone? I want to push him and give him tough love to lose weight but I don't want to offend him. I'm scared that he's going to make himself really sick or give himself a heartattack because of how he eats. Help please?

Stop him right now!

Eating late dinners is the devil's advocate. No wonder he's sick! Stop it right now and make him eat early, give him some tough love, and support him along the way.

Eating late dinners/meals = fat, sickness, decreased life span, mood swings.

So get him up and out of the dining room at night! Let me know how it goes.

Are breasts sensitive? Recently, I've been pinching them in order to adjust them in my bra, like I'll pinch them then pull them upwards. That night, I realized there were a few small circular bruises on my breasts and I'm positive it's because of this. Are they just extra sensitive? Or could there be something wrong with me?

Thanks in advance.:)

Your breasts are very sensitive to both temperature and pressure. Since it's winter, more blood is flowing through the veins in your breasts, expanding the tissue that is the vein.

When you pinch the nipples (especially the nipples) it is expanding even more, and may burst. Don't worry, the veins grow back VERY quickly and they are only small holes. The blood flowing out is the bruise. Now not only is the breast sensitive to pressure, the temperature makes more blood flow, the veins are tiny, these all contribute to easily made bruises.

If they are growing bigger or bumpier, or they come instantly, go see a doctor as those are abnormal.

Hope they aren't unsightly!

EDIT;;

That's okay - due to the facts mentioned above, it would be slightly odd if it DIDN'T appear by the end of the day. They burst right away.

well i just wanted to know about how to put a tampon in do you put it in where the pee comes out or put it in the one that is close to the taint?

To simplify it, it goes in your vagina.

To explain;

The place where your pee comes out is much too small to fit a tampon. If it was, there would be a much wider pee flow, wouldn't there? ;) There is another hole, /wider/ where you fit it in. It is also where sexual intercourse happens, if you would understand that. It is better to ask a doctor or your parents, however before putting a tampon in for the first time.

Hope you understand!
