after i shave my mid-section there is ALWAYS STUBBLE and red dots.. i do the everyother day scrub but it DOESNT help! please please please give me some tips..

Why on earth are shaving you mid-section? Theres no need to shave those tiny hairs off- you can barely see them. My guess would be to use chalomine lotion on the stubble- and aleo vera.
And you might want to try some Nair.
