I want to lose 10 pounds in about a week. I know that's very difficult to do but I'm willing to put a lot of effort into it. Any idea's on how I could do this while still eating and not going anorexic and staying healthy and/or ways to exercise? Meal/snack ideas? =( I really want to lose the weight. Please help.

I suggest doing at least 30 mins. of some type of cardio exercise in the morning before breakfast so as to speed up your metabolism during the day. Also have a big breakfast, small snack, medium lunch, small snack, and small dinner. If you can, lift some light weights. I lost 20 pounds in one month last may, then another 20 in the next month. It was a healthy way. I ran 2 miles every morning, joined a gym, and began a diet called the raw vegan diet. Info on this diet is found on http://totalhealthinstitute.com/. GOOD LUCK I have never gained so much confidence or have felt so good in my life since i began to diet and exercise, plus the benefits of girls(and soem boys) actually giving me a look.
