Hey im 13 a well,And i got my period 4 days before my 13th birthday.It was cool.My breast also developed efore i got my period.No worries.
Dont be pushy to get your period,I USED to get pushy and want it so bad,wondered if i shud haev sex to get it[[But i didnt]] to make mi feel like a young adult.
Anyways dont push it because ,Your gonan get stomach cramps,Your gonna be angry for no reasons.It can stop u from partying.and it is painful when you first get [[ Well it was for me]]

My mom got her FIRST period at 19 years old so dont worry if you dont get your period late.
