I need help

I don't know everything that is wrong with me, but I know i need help. I'm a total mess and I don't sleep at night. Every night. A fourteen year old girl should not have to sleep with her sister and mother every night so she doesn't wake up everynight breathing badly and shaking. that isn't how things are supposed to be. I hold my breath then let it out, take a drink. type some more, talking to people keep me awake because i know as soon as i try to sleep hell will come. (link)
Is it when you lie down you feel discomfort, or when your just asleep. If its when you lying down it could be a medical issue which you will need to consult your doctor with. Other was is to not even think about it before you go to bed. Your obviously scared of going to sleep because of this, but your mind controls everything, if you think "i dont want to go to sleep because ill stop breathing"..its more likely that it will happen, your manifesting it yourself. When you in bed, read a book, or liten to music until you fall asleep. Have you heard of Reiki..? Its a healing process that helps to relax the body, if you want i can send you more information about this, another alternative is hyponsis.

I get sleep paralysis like..every night..It happens to me over and over and over until my body gets so tired that.... I'm not afraid to get stuck in sleep. Why is this happening? I get 8 hours of sleep. I'm always tired when I go to bed. I take no naps during the day. I fall asleep. Is there something wrong with me?
This has been happening to me ever since THIS year. Last night, I had a dream that I couldn't breathe but then I realized that I really couldn't. I struggled to move my body to get myself up (link)
Dont mean to scare you even more, but this can be serious. I've dealt with people who have strange dreams and people who dream of things they worry about in life, things that come true. Firstly your not alone. I can assure you. The minimum hours of sleep an average person needs is 8 hours. Notice things around you, like are you in a different atmospher, are there new people in your life, even your diet? But more importantly..are you afraid of tomorrow. I've helped my family and friends come through with sleeping disorders. If you need any more advice, send me a message and i'd be more than happy to help. There maybe holistic threatments you can try.

when i put on deoderant in the morning before i put my shirt on, it gets all over the shirt while i am putting it on. if i try to do it when my shirt is on, it is difficult to lift up my shirt. i do not want to use a spray deoderant, so please don't suggest that. how can i put it on eaisly with out getting it all over my shirt? (link)
I totally understand where your coming from. What i do is, once i have showered, i put my deoderant stick on then, so by the time i'm ready it's settled it! try it
