Hi everybody i am 14 and my name is Rachel. I play soccer, run track, and play volleyball. I am also aduitioning for the leading role of Gracie in a upcoming film called Finding Gracie. I wanted to help people so when my friend told me about her coloum i had to start my own. So if you have anyqustion or problems feel free to ask. ok i am an awesome bball player but i get nervous when boys come and watch me play.. im afraid they will laugh if i miss a sot or somthin....what should i do...help me and FAST (link)
dont worry about it they are just guys. If you stop worrying about it chances are you will impress the heck out of them. So chill and show them how a girl play bball.


how do you put someone into a mount, like what do you do. And what do the back and front spotters have to do? (link)
the back spot counts so the basses know when to go and htey just hold the back of and person until they get into the stunt and once they are oin the stunt they hold their ankels. what stunt are you trying to do and check out websites they have pics and direnctions on how to do the stunt proprly


i ben playin soccer for 5 years now....im okay...i should be better i want to be better....i just get nervous when i have the ball and i lyke kick it anywhere and i dont have very good ball control....is there ne 1 who plays soccer who kan give me a few tips or excersizes 2 do?? i have practice everyday (i amde the skool team) for 2 hrs...so we do practice ALOT but the season is starting in about 3wks and i wanna get beter...thx (link)
ok i have played soccer for 11 years and ball skillsand knowing what to do with the ball when it comes to your come with time and not just pratice but game time expirence. one major thing that is really good when it coems to ball handeling is agility like latters and things like that it speeds up your footwork and gets you in really good shape. hope i helped


I need help getting my toe touch. I just can't get it high enough. I stretch everyday and still not progress. People tell me to "roll my hips" but I dont know what they mean. Help! (link)
ok when you do i toe touch make sure your back is strait and try doing them contiuneously on a trampoline for like 1 min then rest and do it again you dont really have to touch your toes it actually makes you lower.


ok so,i play like every sport there is except rugby and football...cuz im a girl...all my friends say that im amazimg cuz when i get home from school iu do my homework get online then sports the rest of the night..but sometimes i goto basketball then to soccer then to lacrosse then to swimming. everyone says that i should quiet mayb 3 sports and only havge like 3 sports to do...should i quit? but i always have time for them...i rate REALLY high..*but it has to be good please!) ok i am the same way i play soccer run track and play volleyball and there is no such thing as an off season for ne of them but sprots are what i love if you still have time for your friends and you enjoy what you are doing then keep it up dont stop doing what you love just cuz someone tells you to that is stupid if it is what you love to do then stick with hope i helped
