Well, track season is over` =( In county I ran the 200, and 4x1.. I help anyone with advice. I show my horses. Area show still coming up soon!! I'm a dancer for my school*.. Just ask the questions, and they'll be answered!

I just don't understand how the spikes work! It's not fair because my parents won't buy me a pair. They say that they don't help with anything! Do they?

Dear Confused,

I wear spikes just because they make me feel confident. They don't make me fall over either* :-P Haha. They just get into the track. They don't really increase your speed, therefore you don't exactly need them.. Go out there and think positive. If you think your're going to come in last, you probably will.. So say your're going to come in 1st, you'll come close to that. Hope I helped *
