My father-in-law passed away this week and he had awoodworking shop full of tools. My mother-in-law wants everyone to put their name on what tools they want,but everyone is to afraid to step on someone else's toes. There are 3 sons and 2 son-in-laws.What would be a fair way to distribute the tools? (link)

well... i dont know how much help im gonna be on this one but ill give it my best
i say throw all the tools names in a hat and let everyone draw them and whoever get the name of a certain tool they get that tool
a simple method but very effeciant

Ok My younger brother is driving me crazy. We share different views on just about every thing. When I try and talk to him he seems to just ignore me or think that I don't know what I'm talking about. I guess the same goes for me, because I don't know where he is coming from either sometimes. We're different like oil and water. I'm the conservative prep and he's the loud rock, bolt through every single apendage Manson kid. Our parents don't seem to help either. They always take his side and let him do what ever he wants. What do you think I should do? (link)
