You have to think positive, you can't just sit at home all day doing nothing, come up with things to do. My advice, go for a walk, when you go for regualar walks (especially when prgnant) it can really help boost your confidence, self esteem and you 'pregnancy figure', maybe while you go on walks you'll meet some new people. Go for a walk into town and check out things that they have there, groups you can join or other new people to meet.
