Well for about 2 weeks so far I've been skipping breakfast and lunch and only eating a snack and dinner.My wrists are really skinny but my moms are 2.And my friends are really worried about me.They're always trying to shove food down my throat.What could happen to me if I keep eating this way? You need to eat more! If this is a matter of losing weight, its not a good plan. When you skip meals, your metabolism slows down. People who eat breakfast generally weigh less. Its a proven fact. I doubt that its a matter of hunger, because one snack a day isnt even enough for an ant. What your doing is affecting your health. You need food to keep your body healthy and working right. Food is like fuel..and your body is like a car. Keep it fueled up hun!
