I really need to lose weight but I work from 4-9 so when I get home I eat which is bad. I can't eat on my break because it is only 15 minutes long so I can't eat that quick. Should I just skip eating dinner or what? (link)

Eat a plentiful breakfast and lunch. That should hold you over until your work gets over, and then you can munch on a healthy snack. On your break, you could pack a quick snack if you get hungry beforehand.
