16/f I'm obsessed with sweets and crave them like 24/7. I've been losing weight and looking how I want to lately..and its all fine. But when I see sweets, I can't control myself and I feel as if all that hard work losing weight is going down the toilet. I eat right and I exercise...but its the sweets that drive me insane. I know a certain point when to stop.....like i'll tell myself NO dont eat that! And I'll stop. But sometimes I can't help it and I go easy on myself and allow myself to eat and eat and eat. How can I stop this? :| (link)

Ahhh.. sweets. A woman's best friend and worst enemy. Do what I do:
Eat your sweets in the morning- If you ARE gonna eat sweets, eat them in the morning. You are more likely to burn all the fats and calories that way.
Stop eating after 7- Seem early? Yes, yes it does! But if you make an oath you won't eat after this time, you won't be able to eat sweets as much!
Try eating healthier treats- For ice cream, get Skinny Cow ice cream, or low fat ice cream. Fruit is a good way to get rid of your sugar cravings. Anything healthier!
Keep yourself busy- This way you won't think about snacking.
Drink more water- sometimes, cravings are just our body telling us we are thirsty. Drink water and most cravings will go away.
Put your sweets in a baggy- when you eat everything in the baggy, you are done. Period.
Hope that helped! =)
