I'm trying to make my boyfriend the new Godsmack CD. Well, I'm downloading it off of LimeWire, which means doing it one song at a time. How do I make it faster? And they all get to a certain point, stop, and say Waiting On Busy Host, How do I fix that? Is there a way to choose a faster one? Please Help!!

It is true that you are somewhat limited, by not only your internet connection, but also by the person that has the file.

You can download Limewire Companion 3.07, which among other things, says that it speeds up your downloads. I use it, and believe that I see a difference.

What's the difference between the Army and the Marines? Does one rank higher than the other? Which would you recommend to a girl that wanted to join either or??

One of the answers given is that "the marines are in the army". This is not true at all; the Marines and the Army are 100% separate branches in the US military.

Both the Marine corp. and the Army have many opportunities for women recruits. Traditionally the Marines boot camp is considered to be more difficult than the other three branches of service, but not so much as to base your decision on it.

The best way for you to make an informed decision will be for you to get into touch with your local recruiter, and go spend some face-to-face time with them. They will be able to review your work, school and personal history and give you some good pointers.

My opinion (and you know what they say about opinions) is Marine corp.

I want to get a new digital camera. I dont want anything to fancy just a simple one thats easy to take around, and I can transfer the images I take and put them on the computer.
Does anyone have any ideas? websites would be helpful.

Anoterh great place to look is www.ebay.com. Sometimes you can find very good deals there if you are patient. I would recomend at least 5.0 MP, and if you can get one with at least a 1.5 LCD screen, it will allow you to review and delete unwanted pictures without a computer.

How can I avoid razor burn? I was doing okay but now I'm getting it.

And also, how can I make my underarms smooth? It seems to have razorburn or..bumps.. that won't go away.. so I keep cutting myself there.
And I can't remove some of the hair there :\

All of the other answers a great. I will add that soaking the area that you are going to shave in hot or very warm water 5 or so mins before you shave will also help. If you can not soak a hot moist towel will have the same effect.

I have no idea what to do for my birthday! all my friends have these really awesome parites and i don't wanna be a copycat. I want to do something thats fun and inexpensive. Something that all my friends can enjoy. Another problem that I have is my birthday is in July and everyone is always out of town. Last year (16th birthday) 3 people showed up, one fell asleep at like 10:30, anohter had to leave at 11, and me and my other friend got really bored because there was nothing else to do but attepmt to find something decent on tv.

I am not sure how much lee way your parents will give you on this, but the most fun I ever had on a birthday was a camping trip. A nice location, campfire, good food, music, lots of coleman lanterns, and chairs. Also if you are remote enough as to not bother other people, you can bring in an "unplugged" band, or even just two or three drummers, (tribal music is fun on camping trips). I don't know anything about where you live, your personal tastes etc, so this may not suite you, but it can be changed around a good bit, and still be an unusual and fun BD.

While the other person giving advice about honey may be on the right track about alergies (there is some dispute about it, but it is possible) the fact that acne is caused by, or worsened by sugar or any other type of food has not been shown to be true in research. Here is a copy and paste from

In most cases it will generally be matter of weeks or months rather than days. I know that this may be disheartning to hear, but unrealistic expectations can be more so.

Your Dr. would probably want to continue to treat you for up to two months before recomending a change of medication. If after this time, you see no difference, I would recomend going in to see a dermatologist for a recomendation.

Guys do you like when you can see a girl's hip bone? Or is it considered "too thin" for it to show through?


I've had people tell me that they've heard I'm anorexic/bulimic because of that. And I know that most of that are just high school rumors but I'm just wondering.

I am a guy and I can tell you that girls are our favorite subject most of the time. I have heard the preferences of literally hundreds of guys over the years. Some men like very thin girls, some like very large women. There does not seem to be a universal idea of beauty, or even a near consensus.

The only pattern that I have been able to see, is that African-American men seem to like women that are a bit overweight (by contemporary American standards that is).

Since you are asking for guys own opinions as to weather they like to see girls hip bones. I think that some thing girls are very attractive.Hip bones do not detract at all from that

My hair is brown and everytime I dye it black, in 2 weeks the brown comes back. Is there any lasting black hair dye and good shampoos that won't strip the color out of my hair? My hair gets really greasy if I don't wash it everyday and I want to have black hair for at least a month or two.

Hey. Well, for anyone who lives in Maryland or has been there before, what do you guys think of Maryland because I live there, and I was wondering how other people (especially those in others states) feel about it. Like do they think it's fun or boring. Also, could you also tell me that people from other states say about Maryland?

I live in Virginia and have worked a great deal in Maryland. Mostly Baltimore, but I have worked in a few other areas also. In general I think that Maryland is a very nice state. The roads (outside of Baltimore) are in pretty good shape, the people are mostly friendly, and the cost of living, while a bit high, isn't unreasonable for that area. It is located in a very good area, with scenic West Virginia, Washington DC, Richmond VA, and NYC very close by.

I will say that I was not at all happy with most of Baltimore. I was working on a movie which was shot mostly on the "Homicide Pier" (Where Homicide, life on the streets was filmed), and the area around that was pretty nice. However if you traveled a few blocks away from the water, it was like a demilitarized zone. We were not allowed to leave the set and travel to other locations without having a uniformed guard with us at all times. Also the rats were rampant.

As far as what is said about Maryland. Well for the most part I think that it is viewed as a good area for career opportunities that you may not get in other places (due to its proximity to Northern VA, DC, NYC etc, but not really the kind of place you would go out of your way to move to, if you were starting a family.

What does the sideways peace sign mean? I see everyone use it in there pics and stuff and I want to know what it means.

After a good bit of research on the web, I have to agree that the sideways peace sign means the same thing as the normal one. It is just a more "hip" way of displaying it.
