Is there anything that promotes you to get out of bed in the morning? I always feel so miserable getting up, and I need something to jumpstart my mornings.
I have the same problem.
First, I put my alarm on the other side of the room. I have to get out of bed to turn it off, that way I get tired of getting in and out of bed and finally get up.
I also love coffee, so I got a pot that brews automatically. So, I know that when I get up, there's fresh coffee in the kitchen. You have to prepare it the night before though.
I usually brush my teeth first, it get's rid of all the "sleepy scum".
Then I put on some upbeat music and get into getting dressed, and looking really good for the day. That makes me glad that I got up.
So, I do the crossword puzzle in the paper and have coffee, and then I'm ready to go.
I have really curly hair so I straighten it twice a week just about. Is that really bad for my hair. Like i know that its bad to straighten your hair but how bad is that?? I have some straightening stuff thats my sisters that i use before i do it i guess it supposed to help...
Well, doing anything to your hair with the exception of doing nothing, is bad for your hair. But it grows, so theres really no harm in the long run. But if you are asking if it would be healthier if you didn't straighten it, the answer would be yes. It strips your hair of oils from the heat and causes split ends. But oils can be taken care of with a good conditioner and split ends can be cut off.
does anybody know a good brand of men's deoderant(stick, not spray, please)?
I LOVE OLD SPICE PURE SPORT!!!! I use it, and I'm a girl. I know that sounds really weird, but I dated a guy recently who wore the same, I love the smell and I don't like anything else.
I finally persuaded my mom to let me bleach my hair. I want to get it dyed 3 unnatural colors in certain places...Do you bleach your hair first and wait a few days until you dye it? Or can you just dye it after you bleach it?
You should use bleach with a conditioner. You can buy all that stuff at Sally Beauty supply. Then you should use a non-permanent or semi-permanent color with no bleach or alcohol in it. It will wash out soon after, but by that time you would be able to dye it with permanent color without damaging your hair and have to opportunity to try it first. After you've colored it, deep condition it, and use shampoo for colored hair. Also, if you are brunette the bleach won't turn it blond at first- it will be more of a rust. So you should wait at least two weeks before you bleach it again, and at that time a lower concentration. Be sure not to leave it on too long.
i just started my period... im a little late .
what should i use tampons or pads?
Tampons for sure.
