I want to kiss him... but somthing doesnt seem right,,,and i was talking to my mom and she asked me if i would tell her if my boyfriend kissed me,,, should I tell her?

You don't have to be a certain age to kiss. You know when it is the right time to kiss someone, just follow your heart. Yes, I would tell my mom because mom's know eveything because they have been through the same things we are going through now. If your boyfriend hasn't kissed you yet then maybe you should make the first move.
