Hi, I was wondering if you could help me
I like a guy called James (he used to work with my sister) we've been on dates to the cinema but nothing has actually happened between us. We are also arranging to go bowling some time.
I asked his friend if he liked me and he said "He thinks your too young for him" Im 17 and he is 20 (but Im turning 18 next month)
I think its pretty stupid and i dont know if he said it because he DOESNT like me and didnt want to hurt my feelings. Im soooo confused
I dont know whether to ask him if he likes me, im pretty shy about asking those things to buys.
What do you think i should do?

heya, i'll try and help as much as i can on this one.
i know how you feel with the whole confused bit because i'v been in the exact same situation as you are now.
and i know how awful it can make you feel because questions start going around your head but if you really think about it hun, he would'nt agree to take you to the cinema or go bowling with you if he didn't like you.
He'd try and make an excuse up if he didn't like you to get out of it.
Im not completely sure but the reason why his friend told you he said you were too young could be because he likes you! or maybe that the guy you like blew his friend off to go out bowling or the cinema with you...if that made sense :S

just try not to get your hope too high as relationships with people older than you do generally head the wrong direction but don't look so deep into whats been said to you.

I reallylike this boy and he likes me too. The thing is i dont like how he dresses my friends have even said he looks like trailer trash but im crazy about his personaliity. What do i do? p.s. he has heart problems and has a heart monitor

if he likes you and you like him, then what are you waiting for, it doesn't really matter how people dress, or if they have problems, it's whats underneath that counts! so don't worry about what your mates think, if their gunna have a laugh at him let them laugh, bcos they're not true friends if they laugh at some-one. hold your head high and be proud to be with him! like i said it doesn't matter what people think, it's between you and your lad and no-one else.
