I am a flyer on a cheerleading squad for the school.They make me twist out of mounts and i always get so nervous.I was dropped from a mount once and was rushed to the hospital and i got a concussion.How do i get confidence and feel confertable doing it? (link)

Okay, you definately need to trust your bases and especially your spotters. If you have confidence that they will protect you'll be all set. I was a flyer and whenever we would try something new the whole squad would make a circle around the stunt group that was practicing what they would be doing and they would all spot. Our squad was like a big family so it was very easy to feel safe when all of them were standing there with their hands up to protect me if I fell. Another thing is you should practice-practice-practice so you feel very confident when infront of a big group so that when it comes time to the big thing no ones as nervous and they know what theyre doing so well that they could do it in their sleep.

Well..shes turning 16 and thats a biggie!=)If your planning on getting her jewelry and you've been dating for a while I suggest James Avery. They have very cute charms that you could put on a ribbon thats her favorite color to wear around her neck, or invest in a ring. They have one that is a hear and it looks like its twisted into a knot kind of..that would make a great gift and its about $35-$45. If you need a cute way to give it to her you could get a cute little Teddy Bear and put the necklace around its neck or put the ring on a ribbon too and set it on her porch and ring the doorbell. Or you could be there when she wakes up =)

ok well i think the thing with me adn broc is over just bc we havnt talked in a long time and it seems like hes not makin and effort. idk if its bc hes scared or busy or wut. its confusin cuz his best friend always says that broc likes me but it doesnt seem like it. but i met this guy mark and hes soo sweet we met in drivers ed. and like yesterday he texted me and said he would call me last nite ( that was like at 1) so at 10 i was like omg hes not gonna call but then he texted me again and was like dont worry i didnt forget about u ill call u at 11. so at 11 (exactly) he called and we talked for 2 hours and it was soo awesome. hes sucha great guy. hes leavin for big bear today for a week but he said when he gets back that were gonna go see a movie. do u think im doin the rite thing by lettin go of the broc thing and going for mark.???? like mark gives me alot of attention but broc doesnt... ya u know.. Well, if Broc isn't making the effort and you are he's not worth your time. Definately go for Mark! He seems like a cool, down to earth guy who you can really talk to if you had a long talk like that. Find a movie that the two of ya'll will like pick a time and hit up the theater!

Well because he's your best guy friend he most likely could have some feelings for you too!=) You should drop little hints, like cute little smiles when you look at him for no reason, or say love ya when your signing off AIM, or writing him notes in class. If you start to think that he likes you back then just be like.. so you liking anyone these days? And ask him about his 'love life.' LoL. It would probably be better to tell him and let him know about it, then keeping it bottled up inside. But if you are afraid of getting hurt, then make sure you really like him before doing all of this to get your guy!

Okay..your in a bit of a usual crush dilemna. If he doesn't like you like that its fine! Maybe it wasn't meant to be. There's probably someone out there right now that likes you, and you don't even know it. If he doesn't like you as more than a friend then tell him your fine with being just friends. One night you and your single friends should all just go out..and look for some guys that can make you laugh, and have good potential to be more than just a friend.

Well...since guys normally hold you around your waist if your standing up wrap your arms around his somach reaching for his shoulders or reach around his neck. If your laying down hold him close to you around his stomach area reaching for his shoulders and rub his back or his head.

Ok, heres a good question. I just broke up with my g/f becasue we didn't see each other enough. I still have fellings for and she has for me. But I have a firned that I also have feelings for. I can see my self with my friend more than I can my ex. But I don't wan to hurt my ex's feelings. We told each other that we might get back together when we are able to see each other more. Hmm..thats a toughie. If you and your ex really do still like each other thats soo great! But is not seeing each other to hard to handle? If it is then go for your 'friend'. But if you and your ex-girlfriend both can manage more time to spend together thats probably even better because you know that she already definately likes you, and would want a relationship.
