I went through this kinda thing. I did what Daniel suggested, and went on one last date to say goodbye. It was hard, but we agreed to stay friends afterwards, and believe it or not we still do talk, a year on.
I think you should continue to see him until you move, and then tell him you still want to be friends after you leave. It will be hard to say goodbye, but being friends will make it easier to be apart from him.

Hello, this july will be me and boyfriends 6th month being together. I wanted to do something special for him for this day, but i cant really think of anything creative, so i was wondering if any of you can think of stuff. The 6th anniversary will also be on my birthday, so there's something you may think of. I am going to turn 15 and he's 16, just to help ya out a bit.

You could
- make him a cd that has songs on it that remind you of the two of you together
-you could get him tickets to his favourite bands concert, one for him, one for you.
-you could cook him a meal, or take him out.
-you could give him a photo album of pictures of the two of you together.
seeing as it is your birthday, perhaps goin out somewhere would be nice for both of you, such as a concert or a meal...

My boyfriend and I have been dating for about ten months now.. we are both 16 and i dont think he fully appreciates me..
We get into the STUPIDEST fights and he calls me names constantly.. I really do love him but I often find myself thinking about how much fun I could be having with someone who would appreciate me soo much more and treat me like a princess.. I dont think my boyfriend realizes how special i am. I dont want to break up with him though because he was my first everything- sex, real kiss,.. and weve been through alot with eachother..

It sounds to me like your boyfriend is taking you for granted, and isnt treating you in the way u deserve to be treated.
He shouldnt be calling you names, and he obviously doesnt realise how badly hes mistreating you.
You could try talking to him, telling him that you dont feel that you are being treated like his girlfriend, or you could end it. Im sure you would be able to find someone who treats you much better, in the way you deserve! good luck hun!
