13/M and i have liked this one girl for about a year now and her and her bf (my friend) of about 1 year and a half just broke up. How long should i wait before i do anything and should i just drop hints. i'm a really good friend of hers and i dont want to do something at the wrong time.
p.s- i was thinking of sending her flowers w/ a card in them or something any good ideas greatly appreciated.

If i was this girl I wouldn't be able to get over it that quick. Wait until she starts showing interest in other guys. This is just me, but I don't like guys to send me things like cards or whatever. If they just confront me then i know they care enough to ask! XoXo
