there is this girl in school who i am in love with..she is really hot and everything but i like her for who she is not the way she looks. she knows about how i feel obviously since i told her..and she used to like me a lot. we have made out and everything several times. she told me not to tell anyone because the first time, she was still going out with her boyfriend but she liked me not him and the 2nd time, it was the night she dumped him for me..it seems like after she dumped him she stopped liking me..she comes over almost every weekend but she was mad at me for a while because i told my best friend that me and her had made out...heres what happened..my friend knows how to annoy the shit out of me and he did just that...she took my arm and put it behind my back and pushed it up and it hurts sooooo damn bad and he wouldnt let go until i told him :(...please dont tell me i need to get new friends, theyre the only ones i have. so anyways, now she likes another guy, hes a sophomore, a pothead, and i think hes using her. i found out on halloween that her and him have hooked up and shit and it kills me to think about it. she acts like nothing happened and she constantly makes me mad by telling me about him and everything, she knows it pisses me off and that i love her. i cant move on, i have tried. i have told her how i feel.
*If you must choose between someone you love and someone who loves you, always choose the one who loves you... because you can always learn to love someone, but you can hardly ever make someone else love you* - have you ever heard that? i wish she could do that..i just want her back so bad so things could be like they used to be, she said she doesnt know why she suddenly stopped liking me but one of the reasons is she cant picture me as her boyfriend because of my personality...she pictures me as a bestfriend not a boyfriend AND I HATE IT!!! i dont want to be her bestfriend, i want to be her boyfriend...it hurts to think about it all and i dont know what to do i am soo confused. i think about her all day..i asked her out at homecoming during the last slow dance and she said no..i went home and cried, she hadnt told me she didnt like me anymore and everyone told me it was so sweet and romantic and w/e and she would surely say yes...i love her so much! i need her...

the only thing you can do is make her jelous,

remember that it used to be her and shell want you back, just remember when she does come back
dont be all over her, play it cool and ease into it, make her feel like she needs you not the other way around. but dont be an ash*le, be her friend. Im kind of in the same situation and its satrting to work, i didint call her i didint go over her house, or work and whenever i saw her at a party i would go over and say hi and chat a little but i didint hang around her all night long and now shes the one that calls me and comes over to my house.
i know its sux that you have to be away from her
for so long but you do at least a month. she has to have time to miss you.

most guys like the talketive type, but not all guys. the best advice i can give you is next time your at a party or a social situation look around and see if there's any guys that look atractive to you and they're not talking to anyone, usualy they are the shy type too, but you can go up to him and talk about your common shyness, and you dont have to worry about him being a player, or an a**hole, he'll just be real happy that you came over and talked to him.
and dont get discuridged if at first he doesint say much, he will most likely be suprised that a girl actualy came over and talked to him.
if it gets to the point where both of you dont have anything to say and theres that wiered silace, say something like "ill be right back, I got to go to the bathroom, or to get something to drink" whatever will let you get away for a minute or two, that way he'll have time to think of something to say and so will you.
once you start talking, hit it off and you think you might want to see him again, your best bet would be to just write your number or
e-mail down and right before you leave give it to him and just say "I had a nice time, call me", cause most likely he wont be brave enough to ask for it himself.
shy guys are just as scared as you are but once you get to know one he'll treat you like a queen.

I joined the army to make a life for my then girlfriend, now fiance. She has always resented the fact that I made the decision to enlist and leave home. It's now been almost a year and I have only seen her a few times since leaving. I miss her and I think it could have been a mistake joining even though it has created a way for us to get married. I am not happy without her and the long distance is wearing on me. How do i make myself happy without her? (link)

First, Take some leave, (military vacation)
If you cant or you dont have any days left
go and talk to your first sargent, tell him your situation, he might be able to help you with getting more leave or he might talk to your commander and recomend that you be alowed to change your duty station to somwhere closer to your home. or you could actualy get married and
have your fiamce move to where you are.
if all else fails go see the chaplin, they have more power than you think, on rare ocasion they
have the power to discharge you.
